Do you take days off from poker every week or do you play everyday?

It depends more on my mood. But I usually play 5 days a week, and mostly no more than 5 hours a day. This schedule is optimal for me.

I play poker after work, in the evenings. I work as a driver, so poker for me is a game that really relaxes me. Sometimes I take breaks, even for 2-3 weeks, but the breaks are related to my business trips.

I'm not a pro yet, so I play differently without a mode.
But in the plans: 5 working days for about 8 hours (if MTT) or daily for 4-6 hours (if cache).
