Do you take days off from poker every week or do you play everyday?

It depends more on my mood. But I usually play 5 days a week, and mostly no more than 5 hours a day. This schedule is optimal for me.
 
I used to play every day, but now my time has shortened and I can only play 4 days a week. and I feel better this way now, with a fresher head.
 
When i was younger i played everyday. Now i play only few timer per a week.
 
I apply the accelerator with poker on weekends, it is the best moments for tournaments and the club.

I play poker after work, in the evenings. I work as a driver, so poker for me is a game that really relaxes me. Sometimes I take breaks, even for 2-3 weeks, but the breaks are related to my business trips.

But in the plans: 5 working days for about 8 hours (if MTT) or daily for 4-6 hours (if cache).

Of course I take the weekend. I need to work and go to college. So on weekdays I do it and on the weekends I play poker. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday-evening poker. Thursday-golf. Saturday-Home game. Sunday-Day off (most of the time).

I try to take at least one day off from playing every week. I find that if I play everyday then I lose focus sometimes. Do any of you have a fixed schedule of days that you play?
