Well if it is to drink, I have a glass of wine or a beer depending on the moment.
As for poker, look, I generally play a cash game and a tournament at the same time.
The tournament is much more exhausting than the cash tables in which I am quite profitable.
For that reason if I get knocked out in a tournament, or have a loss, I always recover at the cash table.
That way I control the variance very well.
A hug brother:):):):)

Bad luck or bad mood are just momentary feelings.
you don take them seriously.
just relax a bit, and you will feel normal again.

If I play a freeroll every day, I don't get upset if I lose, because the time is late and I have to go to work in the morning. If I play a weekly freeroll, if I lose, I just play a show so I don't get upset, and after 10 minutes I forget I lost the tournament.

Only sleep helps, and even that only partially. The best thing is to let go of what you lost and simply forget about it.

Firstly a little bit of raging , then acceptance and try to forget it in the end.
Anyway, it is important to move on and don't get discouraged or thrown off.
For me, it usually works just to stop playing for the day or two and then come back with clear head, discipline and the desire to do better each time. It is crucial to not allow tilt because it will only be negative in the long run.

Experiencing a bad mood after a loss in poker is natural and can happen to even the most seasoned players. Here are some strategies to help deal with a bad mood and bounce back:

  1. Accept and Process Your Emotions: Recognize that it's normal to feel disappointed, frustrated, or upset after a loss. Allow yourself to experience and acknowledge these emotions without suppressing them. It's okay to take some time to process your feelings before moving forward.
  2. Take a Break: If you're feeling down after a loss, it can be helpful to take a break from playing poker for a little while. Stepping away from the game and engaging in other activities can help clear your mind, regain perspective, and return with a fresh mindset.
  3. Reflect on Your Performance: Rather than dwelling solely on the outcome, focus on evaluating your own performance in the hand or tournament. Analyze your decision-making process and assess whether you made any mistakes or missed opportunities. Use the loss as a learning experience to improve your skills and strategies.
  4. Practice Self-Care: Engage in activities that promote self-care and relaxation. This could include exercise, meditation, spending time with loved ones, pursuing hobbies, or engaging in activities that bring you joy and peace. Taking care of your overall well-being can help improve your mood and perspective.
  5. Seek Support: Share your feelings with fellow poker players or friends who understand the game. Discussing your experiences and emotions with others who can relate can provide support and help you gain different perspectives. Avoid venting excessively or seeking validation in a way that can perpetuate negativity.
  6. Maintain a Positive Mindset: Focus on the long-term nature of poker and the fact that losses are inevitable in the game due to variance and luck. Remind yourself that poker is a journey of continuous learning and improvement. Cultivate a positive mindset, stay motivated, and maintain confidence in your abilities.
Remember, it's crucial to have a healthy relationship with poker and manage your emotions effectively. Accepting losses as part of the game and learning from them can contribute to your growth as a player.

Man... This one can tough some times but all I can do is accept the fact.

Most recently I've been reviewing what happened.

Making records or notes so I can at least understand what happened and make it different next time.

Get your head straight about the loss (was it something preventable/mistake to learn from or just variance?). Be honest with yourself. Take a break, do something fun that helps with stress like a hobby or exercise. Count your blessings and all that you have to be grateful for to put the importance/impact of the loss into the proper perspective. If you can't get over it, take a longer break from poker.

I don't drink alcohol, so, none of them. I usually like to do something else not related to poker, like watching a serie on TV or reading a book.

Hello everyone:)
I don't do anything new, but as usual I go to a coffee shop, hang out with relatives and so on.
The most important thing is to learn from the lesson, and not return to play until after the anger has passed

Firstly remember, blame the game not the player. I first get angry and say "I hate this game", maybe more than once. But as soon as I play the next hand all is forgotten.
