How many hours a day do you usually play poker?

A few weeks ago I play from 2 to 8 hours depends to tournament, but these days I think to have a brake.

I play about 6 to 8 hours a day. So long as I can and how I do at tournaments but I haven't done so well lately in tourneys. I need to work on my game I just find AAs or kings and queens never hold up for myself. Always seem to lose by river being all in pre flop. I think I need to learn not to go all in pre flop. Learning as I play on how I play hands. I need A lot of improvement.

Until I am able to get some cash built up, I am limited to the amount of time that
I last in freerolls. LOL.. so between 15 mins and 3 hrs a day. If I can win in a freeroll, as I sometimes do once a month I may play for several hours on those few days in a year.

I play poker 3-4 days a week, on average 2-3 hours a day. My longest session lasted about 10 hours.

If I having a good day playing i'll play over 4 hours. but I also take a short break due to health reasons which has to do with my legs and back. But other wise i'll play 4 or more hours unless i'm getting tired and it's time to take a nap LOL. But I do get back on though.

6-7 hours or 8 but this was a slow race and 1st place. But I no longer have the patience to go through such long poker tournaments. Cash game is preferred but unfortunately I am lossy in the long run.
