Right now not that much but my goal is to get to around 4 hrs/day. You should find the limit where you can play close to your A-game most of your time, without tilting/losing a ton of concentration AND have time to study 1-2 hrs/day at least

I try to play as much as i can within my diary obligations, so i can improve to get bettter and better. I think my longest play in tournaments was about 4 hours and i won some bucks.

I have played probably 8 hours in a row for max. I think thats too long for me. I’ll lose my focus if I play too long. At least I need to have proper breaks
