Well, that is a long timemyquickwit said:I don't know how many hours are considered appropriate, but I wanted to give an example from my own experience. When I started playing poker in my mid-20s, I was playing for 10-15 hours every day. I never felt tired or bored from playing. It was all I wanted to do. Now that I am 40 years old, if I play more than 2 hours, I am ready to leave the session or the tournament. So I think age makes a big difference when figuring out what is appropriate.
