I lost my Bankroll!

I have also lost money in poker, because you play angry or drunk, you have to have self-control.

I have been playing poker now for 50+ years and the worse I ever did, loss wise, was one drunken New Years Eve when I won $150 in the first hand of the new year and then lost it all plus another $20 in the very next hand
But 23,000 wow, I agree with those who say you need to take up another hobby, poker is obviously not for you.

losing the entire bankroll is normal in poker. even if you follow bankroll management it is a big risk that you will lose everything.

You have to pick the 5 most difficult hands from each of your sessions and analyze them, together with a better player than you or using software. write down your biggest mistakes and things to improve, then come up with a plan how to do it.
