Take a vacation, forget poker for few weeks. Come back, control your bankroll tight and have fun in freerolls.

The video speaks explicitly. MINIMUM 150 buy in for Hyper Speed MTTs. So 200x1 is reasonable for someone who lost 23k. Although it seems exaggerated, it is close to what was said and not contradictory.

The Subject here shouldn't be your question about a link you requested, but how to help our friend recover self-esteem and be profitable, I just think you are wanting to create a situation, because you ask for something yourself, I give it to you for effect of research and then you complain , your collection posture is quite confusing , at no time did I tell anyone not to follow the tips on cardschat ?

I don't think so, so I want to close this subject, which does nothing good for our friend who lost his bankroll.

I don't think it has happened to everyone, a couple of times I've lost everything playing blackjack hahaha but I recover and then I lose again the point is not to lose the taste and essence that it is a game that you win you We lose with nothing we arrive with nothing we leave sometimes

I can imagine that really hurts but what I would advice is seriously sharpen your poker skills and learn a little about bankroll management my friend, by the sounds of it you went far to big far to fast 🤦‍♂️😞 you need to simply put this down to a big life lesson which is either that poker is not your game or what I told you above either way something has to give a little…. Losing this much money doesn’t scream volumes about your poker skills…. and whatever table you sit at in the future to play real money is likely going to attract some serious sharks my friends …. You are kind of like their dream opponent at the moment 🤦‍♂️
