Oh no, so brutal. Maybe take some time off, analyze your plays and don’t put in more money for now if it’s not financially ok to do so. Playing to just recoup losses can be a tough game to play.

One of the mindsets of the professional is to have bankroll control, play a stack compatible with your bankroll, whoever loses control is not a professional.

Was it a bankroll management problem? Did you play to high buy ins in regards to your bankroll?

If so, then its obvious what you have to do. Get better at managing your money. If that wasn't the problem, then you have a serious issue in your game to lose such an amount. Then you will need to radically improve before doing anything in relation to poker again.

If it was the combination of both problems, then you need to reset. Invest smaller, play smaller, study poker.

But first thing first. Right now just step away from poker, forget about it, relax, do some other shit. Cut your loses, it is what it is. And then after some time, come back and do suggested.

Just play freerolls. It is the most safest way now.

I think it happened to many of us to raise our score a little and suddenly find it at zero or very close to them because we wanted to recover what was lost, we ended up losing more.

Take a couple of days off, start with freerolls and slowly try to recover part of what you lost what you lost what you won is good

There's no advice, there are so many ways to lose 23k in poker, it can even be in two tournaments. I can only suggest that you better control your banking and never bet money that you can't afford to lose

Shake it off and take abreak to get yourself into the right frame of mund. Review your losses and see if there is something you did wrong . Once your ready I would say stat slow and get back into the game. Cant imagine loosing so much but just learn from this.
