hand analysis required

I think you were just running bad this session, except for the JJ<AA hand. I think he repped a big hand with the limp/raise, and that tiny bet on the turn should wave a flag. Definitely could have gotten away from this hand..the rest looks fine.

Mostly just cooler imo but the AJvs55 hand im folding even if his 82/1/1.
The 33 hand i dont like the open limp im raising every pair thats folded to me.
The JJvsAA hand im either folding or stacking prf after the limp raises from UTG depending on reads on villian as played im also folding the turn excepted i have a good read on villian since he alomst always haves a A or QQ-KK.
The AQ hand in the SB im raising prf.

Yeah I did run poorly, its knocked my confidence massively now. Yeah I was kind of committed on the river, his bet on the river was a 1/4 of the pot so felt as though I had to call but could have probably prevented getting in that way agreed.

Yea, looks like he made this tiny bet to induce a call from a hand like yours. The only way I could see getting the money in is if he checks flop and bets small on the turn as a blocker bet, and you shove trying to fold out KK/QQ, which I still don't really like. But, just calling down isn't ideal.

Doesn't necessarily mean you've played bad. Sometimes there's just sick setup after sick setup where it's really difficult to get it in good. I know what I'm talking about

13.5K VPP and made some profit too. Still in the game. We'll see how soon I quit.

i think it's bad beat day on stars or something. luckily i haven't been too much a victim of it today, but have been watching other all-ins at my tables and it's like the craziest thing i've seen in one day, raining river 2 and 3 outers on everyone

your biggest loser is 98s ???? How about the other suited connectors? I mean, 98 just a statistical glitch or you're doing something wrong with connectors when they're soooooted ?

No my biggest loser by $$ is A9s (man I do love me some pretty suited Aces). 98s is the only suited connector in the top 5 losers and I've lost more per hand with it than any other?

Oh and CAPS I agree it is very encouraging that there are so many idio...I mean people who are "unlucky" with AA in the world.

Big losing hands = too much credit pre flop, too in love with them post flop.

89s seems like a natural candidate to me. Mine is KJs.

Just wanted to stress that it's good to check your stats from time to time for different kinds of hands. Suited connectors are not supposed to be losing you money. If 98 is a glitch in your data that's fine, but otherwise it's worth analyzing the way you play them as this could be a serious leak in your game.

Graph below is my database filtered for suited connectors from 54s to QJs. Used to be nicely profitable. Took a beating with them recently. Could be due to me playing them differently or my approach being too transparent at the higher stakes i'm playing now. Either way it's something i need to figure out because it's a clear leak. Still working on that. So far i think i've been a bit too aggressive with weak draws lately, but i still need to go through a number of hands to be happy with the analysis.
