ask any successful pro gambler, if he stopped when he was losing, would he be so successful? I think the answer is obvious .. All losses are experience and a reason to rethink the strategy again ..

Try changing your game; you may be rubbish at hold 'em but excel at stud. There is also a lot less variance at limit games.

If your sole purpose in playing poker is to make money and you are losing then you should either quit playing or fix your game.

If your purpose in playing poker is for the enjoyment, then keep playing as long as you continue to find enjoyment in the game.

I lose money watching TV and movies due to the subscription costs, but there is a value in the entertainment to me. Poker can be the same.

You can take a break for 4/5 days away from any poker thing for atleast 2 days and then start to study for your next sesions of poker!atleast that is what am i doing and its helping alot!
