Not at Stars. You have to use a 3rd party like PSmoney.com to convert them. (or just sell them to one of your friends.)

OK...so this is totally unrelated...and it might have something to do with the fact I've been up playing poker all night (yeah it's 4:30 AM here) but I've been laughing my head off at this video for the last few minutes.
