question to the other full ring guys that play 100NL and higher: what's your c-bet % and c-bet success %?

my c-bet success over 50k hands at 200NL on ftp is around 46%, which seems really low especially since i don't c-bet nearly as much as most regs

at 100NL on stars it was closer to 55% success, but over a much smaller sample

At 100NL and 200NL FR, flop cbet % is 66% and Cbet success % is 48.4%

Over 100 and 200nl, i cbet 69% and get 50% success at 100nl and 44% success at 200nl.

I think the only way to have much better success is zach's approach of not cbetting at all for 100k hands and than using your unreal stats to pwn the regs, but that takes some dedication...

Too late and too tired to do math, but pretty sure you're making an immediate profit on cbets at 46% with any reasonably-sized cbets. Then the fact that sometimes you have a hand when called/raised just makes it even better.

yeah, i wasn't gonna say anything, but his play definitely has merit. obviously it depends on the raiser and the caller, vs. the wrong players it's bad, but i don't think you can act like it's just a hopeless play in general

the fact is he's only shoving about 14 BBs. but since it crosses the 100k threshold and it's that late stage of a big tournament, i think a lot of players are calling the shove much much tighter than they should be

he actually needs both players to fold a really small % of the time for it to be +EV. when you do both fold he picks up ~56,000 chips! that's a 50% increase to his stack. even when he gets called by one hand it will be by AK or AQ enough that his equity % is probably in the 30s against their calling range. he doesn't rate to get called in two spots often at all, although when he does i guess they can both have AK like you guys did

Range makes a lot of sense, imo. Game theory makes it very clear you got to raise both the top and bottom of your range. See "U(0,1) Two-Person Poker Models" for details.

I don't see the mistake, want to delete that one too ^^ . The only 'one outer' in the hand is the turn Q of spades, because its the only card that can make it a roller coaster board. I guess you mean b/c it was quad river, but dg gets quads twice a day and was unnecessary to win.
