Once i get like 60k FTPs ill probably do the same after I figure out how much it costs actually using ur FTP's.
(im still confused about them )

Each FTP is worth $0.005.
The number of points you spend * $0.005 = the amount deducted from your MGR.
So 27% of that amount is what you would lose in rakeback.

So, 60k FTPs = $300 deducted from your MGR.
$300 * 0.27 = $81 lost in rakeback.

What this means is that 60k FTPs is worth roughly $219. If an item that costs 60k FTPs is really worth $300, you have to spend 60k FTPs plus $81 in rakeback to purchase it. If it's worth more than that, you're getting a deal.

This is also why, on the numeric forum, if you "trade" your points with someone (buy something from the store for them and they transfer you payment), the standard rate is $3.50 per 1000 points. 60 * $3.50 = $210.

FFS!!!!! Just lost 4BI's in 220 fcukin hands, QQ twice AIPF vs KK and then AA, AK hits top pair on a flop against a set, and my AQ hits TP vs some guy who flat called my pf raise with AA, all for stacks.

Poker over the last 2 months ish has been utterly shit for me, gone from a $400 roll to fcukin $245 and on the brink of playin 5nl AGAIN!!!!!

I can't be arsed with this anymore i really can't, i'm so close to just takin it all out and forgettin about poker

15buy-ins is pretty brutal , i hope things turn around soon.

But try to look at the bright side, how much are u up during your entier poker carrier? If its even 1$ its well worth it, atleast imo.
Try to look at the time and money spend at the micros as a investment in a company u wont see much return on until it grows to the small stakes.
Like all small companys u will struggle at the begining and might be tempted to give up, but if u do you will never find out if you where indeed the next microsoft

Depends on the opponent, the board and the action. As a very generic rule of thumb, you shouldn't play for stacks with TPTK, but it depends too much on the circumstances to really say.

Belgo?) help me? my tables keep freezing up. they all suddenly go grey and i have to shut down the program and restart FTP again to get back. and it's happening in the middle of hands, which is killing me. are there any preventative measures i can take to alleviate this? does it mean i don't have enough memory, or wtf is the problem?

Wow, I'm so sick of stars atm, and how crap im running. Played in a HU tourny before, and literally owned this guy, except I just couldn't get the job done. When he gets his money in he just sucked out every hand. Blinds got huge then we get it in with my AK<KT with the case T on the river.

So I decide to play this crappy vpps freeroll, and I'm like donking all in left right and centre with trash.... hey presto it works .

I had that too like 5 times last month. It's pretty crappy but normally you should be able to close it down and restart tilt in time to not timeout on too many hands.

If you are running the Aero theme you could try turning that off ?

yeah, actually i was using the regular vista theme but i was reading up on it just now and some people said switching to windows classic theme may help freezing. it's not nearly as sleek looking, but i can get used to it. hopefully that helps, but if anyone has more tips i'm all ears
