I start early on Sundays. But I stick to the rule, I only play one tournament each day. unless I reach payouts and freerolls doesn't count too

For me the best time to play is all about when the most recreational players are playing poker. And with online poker that is evening time in North America or Europe.

So since I live in Asia, most of the time I play poker in the early morning so I can play with the US/Canada and Euro fishies during their evening hours

Oh, and I always play way more on weekends because regardless of time zones, this is when the true maniacs come out to play!

This is the best answer really imo, especially targeting when non pros are likely to be playing drunk/not focusing as much—which is why Friday and Saturday nights are peak to me!
