Well, goodbye for bonus tourney. Seems I can't shake the calling stations, thought there would be less at the $10 levels, compared to the $5 levels but I guess I was wrong. Had about 6 hands so far for the table, and well, the guy who called me was a calling station for sure (unless it was some well-put metagaming, but I doubt it, he's just a routine ATC but with calling-station traits).

Better put hopes in for long run at the MTT #7, still early there.

Picked up aces in MTT#7. Made 4xBB raise, I thought about making it 5-6xBB because this early stage play at $5 level is basically ATC call any raise that isn't a push, but went with 4xBB. Of course got the gazillion callers (5 callers whatever) to the flop. Rather disconnected flop, had a raiser and a caller, and I played it out from there.

Speaks for itself, mistake, didn't notice the short stack or else I wouldn't have made a C-bet that would have made me pot committed to call his all-in (maybe I unconsciously did) anyways, not a big deal, gave a little chips away here. Bad play, and bad assessment of situations by me, guess the time off from poker has got me off a bit from assessing my surroundings and stacks, players, ect.

I watched this one, It was kinda painful.... Betting patterns; min raises ;super smallish bets into big pots, was kinda craziness. Estelle, you just couldn't get anything going. Get em in the Next one!!!

Yea, I wish I was still at that table, and I wish I had won that AK v. A10 hand. If that had happened then it really could have been just waiting for a big chip stack to get going. O well, nothing I could do.

Got a few bad beats, to get down, then a few misplays, was down to almost 300 left, basically 4 BBs with stacks as they were.

Finally started winning coinflips, in the all-ins that proceeded, and then got a bit lucky with one hand. And now with a workable 2300 stack. But that'll be less than 20xBB in the next blind level which starts after the break right now.

MTT #8 and Bonus MTTs to follow in an hour or so.

LOL, yea I know. Maybe you should wait until I have enough of a stack that I can take some bad beats.

UPDATE:

MTT #8 I have about a 14,000 stack, in the top 30 in chips right now, with about 483 people left out of the 1900 entrants.

Bonus MTT about 40 minutes in, I have about 1900 in chips, nothing big going on there, but still enough time to get something going.
