It didn't changed the way i see money. I am still very reluctant to gamble my hard earned money, i guess it's my nature.
However, it changed how i see things. I am very much aware now that in life, variance can intervene regardless how well (or bad) you planned your hand.
So, even the best planning can lead to failure and even a sloppy situation can lead to a very lucky outcome. That's life.

Poker is my current source of income, so I approach it as seriously as possible, and I'm very grateful for everything it provides me.

When I win a big tournament with a lot of money, maybe my way of looking at money will change, because I'll be able to buy things without thinking, oh it's too expensive.

Nope, I've always been a cheap skate

If I win a big tournament, and that's a BIG if, I will save it, not big on spending 😊

I will give money to my family, I'm not that tight but spend for myself, nope

I’ve always been someone who dislikes spending money on unnecessary things—I save and all that—and it’s the same with poker. I don’t make a huge amount, but it covers basic expenses, and I get by with another income stream I have. Poker has taught me to manage my money better, though of course, I still treat myself now and then

Definitely. Poker made me stop judging decisions only by the immediate result. In real life, I try to separate a bad outcome from a bad decision, just like at the tables. It also made me more aware of risk and variance, so I think twice before spending money impulsively or making decisions based only on emotions.

Poker taught me to think in terms of expected value rather than just immediate outcomes. Sometimes the correct decision leads to a bad result, and sometimes a bad decision gets rewarded. That lesson has made me calmer when evaluating risks outside of poker too.

It used to happen to me, but it was because of the little knowledge I had about the game.
