I've made profits from tournaments but not cash, I don't put enough volume in though to really see the profits as I only play for fun. My highest win was $1000 when I got the $200 ticket playing CCs freeroll back in 2015.

Whoa! Nice score. How did the freerolls work back then?

Not anymore, I play too many satellites to tourneys that I'm not rolled for so my variance is way higher than when I initially built up my bankroll from $50 to $700. I grinded up with cash games and micro mtts and the occasional rip in bigger tourneys. My biggest win was from a 109 that I satted into from a free ticket I got from a promo. That was awesome.

Most of my losses are from betting on elections thoughπŸ™ƒ. I'll never place a bet I can't close at market value again. I bet Harris would win when her odds were at 25% and I wanted out desperately when she went past 60% πŸ˜… I would have had an easy 2X if I had just placed my bet on a market and not on PPs sportsbetting sheet.
Okay, I checked my sharkscope and it was significantly less bad than I was anticipating lol
That's probably just because I still have another $333 worth of tickets to go through and if I don't cash many of those then I'll definitely be in the red.
Still much better than most of the people I look up in the average $11 MTT. The number of folks with straight looking 45 degree negative slopes is wild.

They were similar, but we had a ticket freeroll from party poker back then. I didn't think I would make anything from it as when I won the ticket I was thrown into the action with 10bb. I managed to keep doubling up with a few hands here and there and ended up 30th

As I mentioned in another post, poker is very volatile and depends on luck, which affects winnings. Since most of my games are freerolls, I'm always profitable because I win without spending anything.

Como mencionei em outra publicação, o poker é muito volÑtil e depende da sorte, o que afeta os ganhos. Como a maioria dos meus jogos são freerolls, sempre tenho lucro porque ganho sem gastar nada.
Freerolls are always a good way to go...
