I turn the poker tracker on and click the button get hands while playing, but coffe is a veryngreat think to use before a tournament. I use to eat before too. Play hungry is very bad.

I usually take a little jog before I start my session of MTTs. I think its good to get the blood flowing, and wake ya up before you start to plug away. I actually feel this is one thing I have improved on greatly since my pre BF days when I used to just wake up and start reggin everything I could lol.
