I generally do not show my hands, unless I want to show a type of game to change it or confuse the opponent

I have no problem showing my cards since that can work in my favor, having an effect on other hands that may be about to lose and when I increase my bet my opponents end up folding :icon_fara

I don't usually show my cards. I understand that attentive eyes can observe my tactics. But sometimes I still show my cards. For attentive observant eyes. This is part of my strategy.

I never show my game, even when I win, whoever wants to know my game pays the stake.

I will show my cards only to mislead my opponents, example: I will show a bluff and then play very tight but aggressively :deal:

I don't think showing your cards is a good option. If the opponent is a serious player, then this information will be useful for him.

I am back and forth a little on this. I sometimes show big hands to set up bluffs. But then other times, I show bluffs to set up the times I have big hands. But, it isn't all the time. It really depends on who I am playing with and if I think that I can make them make mistakes or go on tilt or something by showing one card or sometimes 2 cards. Against higher level players, I would never do this. I am not going to give them the opportunity to develop reads.

I will show when I can get future value from it. Depending on my opponents (this includes everyone at the table.)
If I am killing it with bluffs, I will show after I get a good win over the better players and a few chip stacks are getting low.
If I am up against a table full of nits I will show when I nail a high hand. This will keep them on guard and less likely to call the many bluffs I will hit them with.

All the while remembering that this is poker and you never know who will call or when.

Showing Cards in Micro Stakes

Whenever you show a hand, you are giving away information that can be used to exploit you. In smaller stakes they most likely can not use that information anyways but they can definitely go on tilt and make huge mistakes that you can use to exploit them. You just have to build a narrative that they could understand such as only showing your large bluffs than stop bluffing and start value betting more. Eventually they will stack off.

I never show my cards. I see no reason to prove something with this, since everything is relative and there are no templates.

Hi, I think sometimes you can show the cards, for example, you win by a bluffing opponent and showing your card to him, next time he will think that you are bluffing again, but you can have the best card and win again. Then the opponent will be very careful with you because you can have the best card, but in other hand can bluff as well.

I do not show my cards. Let your opponents know less about your style of play.

I think that you should never show your cards so that opponents do not understand your style of play.

Never show your hand. Poker is a war of uncertain information.
When you provide more information to your opponent, you have fewer advantages.
