Smoking in the poker room should be banned. It shouldn't just be restricted to no smoking at the table.

You can easily distracted when playing poker online, create a routine and maintain complete focus and avoid all distractions if you can.
Smoking can be managed easy enough if the game is important enough at the time.

I can't smoke inside when I play online or in our casinos so it's not so bad. I do feel like having more shoes while playing at home I go outside and will sit out there for awhile but in the casino I go walking every 30 minutes. The worst is when you come back and get stacked lol

I used to smoke when I play because in the end it calmed my cravings because in the end it was the only way to control it, but I quit because I know it wouldn't do me any good.

I don't smoke because I go in for sports during poker I really want to eat a lot because I'm worried and this is due to the fact that I'm nervous and if I eat I stop being nervous, it's better to play and win

Me too. When I play online I smoke at intervals of 5 minutes every hour, at the final tables I get very anxious and even smoke during the game.

I don't know maybe vaping will make you get more nicotine. I tell this because felt by myself. Worst time was when I smoke every tournament break, sometimes you even lose some hands to be outside smoking.
