Go for a walk.

Yes. Yes I do. Time, my friend. Time is the poker players unsung friend and accomplice, imo. In time tilt will seem like an old girlfriend. You'll always remember that breakup, the heartbreak from it, the painful, internal search to find out where it went wrong, etc.YYfourU said:Anyone have any remedies for tilt?... At least, in my travels, this seems to be the case. Eventually it doesn't even matter when the beat comes because it's just another one. Once we can accept this the next chapter in our poker book will open.
Until that day comes may I recommend cannabis? It's a great relaxing herb and can be ingested in several applications. GL. :canabis:

Usually tilt from bad beats, right? At the first possible opportunity I usually take a break and get some rest. Works wonders, sometimes. For instance, this morning I was getting bad beat on the river ferociously. I took a break and went out to lunch with my wife. We had a great time and I returned to the game feeling refreshed. I won part of the losses back. In the evening after comfy time with my wife I returned to the game and ended up ahead for the day. I guess after 40 years of playing I don't tilt anymore. But I do like the opportunities other tilted players seem to offer me.YYfourU said:Anyone have any remedies for tilt?... Tilt in freerolls and tilt in professional players are different concepts.YYfourU said:Anyone have any remedies for tilt?... The biggest fight of all is with yourself, tilt only exists from you.YYfourU said:Anyone have any remedies for tilt?...
