Usually i drink water,take shower,listen to music,but only whem i know that iam on tilt,its pretty important to pay attention to that,sometimes i just keep playing praying to untilt,after all,i must play whem im willing,right? XD

If emotions prevent me from making the right decisions, then obviously this will lead to losses. In such cases, I simply stop the game and take a break. A walk always helps to get back to normal.

Why would I go on tilt, I never pay to play, so if I lose I register for the next freeroll.

I used to get very frustrated when I went into tilt because of hands that I lost in a painful way, now I'm over it, it doesn't affect me at all when I lose hands that are winners in the long term, I keep playing and giving the best of me, in the end I always stay with my game, that I have given everything, the results will come by themselves.
