What do you do when you're in Tilt?

Yes, of course, if you are in a tilt, it is better not to play for a couple of hours, to distract yourself. Of course, it's difficult to do this if you play several tournaments, but in most cases, being in a tilt, you won't achieve anything in them, so it's better to pause everything for 30 minutes and come to your senses.

Like many people here, I suffered from it for a long time.I was losing and could go play Spin&go and also lose out of anger.Now I'm closing pokerstars and going to do something else.Emotions do not lead to a positive result, you only make it worse for yourself

I'm also in tilt from time to time, but not as much as I used to. I have become more disciplined and when I lose too much I close poker and don't play for a few days. Relaxing with friends or doing something else. It helps me deal with my emotions.

I think in time you’ll be a little better at bankroll management it really does come in time, 🙂 it’s easy to go on tilt and throw it all away but before you do it next time just think to yourself how long it has taken you to make that money and what it could be better spent on…. Also think about how gutted you will feel when you have nothing, if you can reflect before your actions you’ll be a lot better off… 😉

Awww he/she is beautiful 🙂 how old? And yes your completely right it takes years to master bankroll management I can’t claim to be perfect myself 🤦‍♂️😂 I will however say my stats on poker if looked up are terrible but what I make on tactically sound bets puts me most of the time in good profits 👌🏻🙂 hopefully one day I’ll be a master at poker and make money on both 😂😂 I’ll attach a couple of my micro stake bets 😉

My stats aren't great either when it comes to winnings. Most successful I am at live CashGame PLO. but at least I made almost 600 final tables since 2015

Looking for advice on what to do when you've lost your entire bankroll makes no sense, because it's too late. You need to look for methods that can allow you to prevent the loss of your bankroll. For me, such a method is strict adherence to bankroll management.

I was losing my bankroll when I started playing poker. For example, I had $50 in my balance, I signed up for a $10 tournament, and of course I lost everything very quickly. However, now I am more disciplined and try to play with the bankroll.

I now have a good handle on myself and my actions. If Iam tilting or losing, I just stop. But that's also because I now only play freerolls and use max 1% of my bankroll for other tournaments. This gives me a strong control over my losses.

On tilt, i play every hand and i do it poorly. Im mad to everyone, how this universe can do this to me? My tilt gets spotted very easily. I dont want to hit my cards, i bluff constantly. One month or one year after, - thats the scale of how long my tilts usually takes after lost my whole bankroll,- i finally stop crying and do it all over again.

I think that you first have to recognize why you tilt and then take care of getting it out of the way. You can't prevent yourself from losing, but you can prevent yourself from losing so much that it hurts, i.e. by paying attention to your bank roll and not playing more than you can afford.

Similarly, when you go to the racecourse and lose a fortune on horseback, you always save enough money to get home by taxi!

I stop playing , call it a day . If I am still in some games , I might start playing recklessly and lose very fast . I try to control it , the best way is to sit out for some minutes if you are still in some games or call it a day if that was the last game or if the other games are of non importance like freerolls .
