Late Night Poker on T.V.
I have always loved card games like Brag, Don. Cribbage even Whist and Solitaire, there is something Comforting about holding a deck of cards in your hand, and I had played Draw and Stud Poker in my younger days, But it was this T.V. show that introduced me to Texas Holdem. The simplicity of game play, having only 2 cards in your hand, Yet the Intricacies of how the hand changes with every stage of the game, Pre-flop, Flop, Turn and River.
I started to play for fun on Facebook and other game sites on-line, and did pretty good, Then one night I asked my wife if she minded if I played for real cash on-line. She was dead against me gambling away my money and I made her a promise that I would never deposit a penny on-line.
So How do you play for money without depositing any cash? Free-rolls.
That's how I got into on-line Poker.

A friend of me played on Everest poker before it was at Ipoker and that was nice better than what it is now, my fiirst winning was on a freeroll and I won 17$, I was so happy, that was 17 years ago I think

My brother and my son played poker many years ago and they were very successful. It was easier then to make money in poker. The level of players was not very high. And that got me into trying poker for myself. However I never had the same success as my son and brother (they made tens of thousands of dollars).
