Online or live, what is the most annoying thing a player can do at the table? What behavior is practically guaranteed to get under your skin?

When a player does not want to throw his cards in the muck eventhough its very obvious he is going to fold. Takes another glance and another while
talks to his opponent and holding 9 high for some busted straight draw or some other nonsense. Just purely time wasting before eventually folding.

Pretty annoying are also people who take forever to even look at their cards and start to act when its their turn. I personally know a guy who always takes forever. Like he is on a 10 second delay for everything while playing poker.

I hate it when in a live game two players will talk about a hand for an extended time after it's over.
For me when a hand is over let's start a new hand and go on down the road.

For me, the most annoying poker behavior is when someone plays extremely slow and ruins the rhythm. I prefer fast-paced games.And there’s also the random all-ins just to mess up the hand.

Live, the list is so long that I won't even begin. But it starts with being in the same room with those two legged creatures.

It used to be slow rolling when players had the nuts but after many years of playing poker, very little now gets to me as i have pretty much seen most of it or had it happen to me.
Online - again, it used to be when players continually showed their cards when bluffing, now dont get me wrong, i think there is a lot of skill in knowing when to bluff and who to bluff but at novice level, its just comical to me now, as a young guy - it used to infuriate me and send me on tilt sometimes and then time just catches up with those players eventually.
TV wise - that annoying guy William Kassouf is a special one - I wont even watch him if he is on a featured TV table (which he always is) because he brings that controversy, non stop talking, baiting and insulting, I would definitely invite him to a board meeting in the car park

For me, one of the most annoying things is when someone keeps going all-in hand after hand, like they’re just playing “if it works, it works.” I don’t mind aggressive players when there’s some logic behind their decisions, but when someone is constantly shoving just to gamble and hoping the cards save them, it can get really frustrating. Especially when you’re trying to play a more strategic game and suddenly every hand turns into an all-in situation. I usually just try to stay patient and wait for a good spot to play back at them. But I have to admit, when they keep getting lucky, it can be really annoying!

What really annoys me is when a player starts telling a joke at the table but doesn't finish it—just because the guy next to him went all-in and he's busy deciding whether to call or not, so he forgets to tell the rest of the joke. That drives me crazy.

In live poker, I hate cheaters who angle-shoot
for chips, manipulate seemingly clumsy moves to extract information, or try to put in less than the required bet amount. Online, it’s the players who keep annoying everyone with excessive use of throwables and emojis—though, thankfully, there’s a feature to turn them off.

I once played a live cash game 2/2 NL. There was an ak vs kj hand runout like: kjxqq. 400 euro pot and the dealer casually shipped it to the kj guy. No one said anything. I intervened and told the dealer that the ak had won. The kj guy told me he had also seen it, but wasn't gonna say no to free money. Needless to say, that kind of bad dealing and dishonesty didn't entice me to go back.

Satellite/normal tournaments where players acting after you will call too widely, thus destroying both yours and their equity. You then tighten up but are card dead.

Two things.
People who think it's their place to tell you how you should have played your hand. Usually done when they have just lost to you.

People who burn down the clock on purpose, only to fold anyway.
