Hi.
Cash games are usually not profitable for me. Only tournaments bring me profit, so I stopped playing cash games.
Good luck.

The first and foremost advantage of cash over tournaments is freedom of action. Tournament players don't have the luxury of leaving the game whenever they feel like it. Tired of playing, choose: either step over yourself, coping with fatigue, hunger and boredom, or give your stack to another player - and then your buy-in goes down the drain.

It's a huge mistake.
Poker is not a business.
There are no investments, no value, no profit in gambling, it's a total lie. There are bets and winnings and fools falsely believe that poker is something similar to stock markets. You're wasting time observing rotation of same 52 cards again and again. And this "time spending" is not helping your personal progress, your evolution and your study. All you're getting from poker is just a chance. It's much faster to buy a lottery ticket and check the result, than spend hours again and again trying to win 1st place in that tourney or earn money in cash games in the long run. The single winner is the casino(poker site).

Sit & Go

Some freerolls are interesting, but you have to be very patient. Cash games can pluck you in a few hands. I prefer Sit & Go, you choose your entry and then it's up to you to show what you can do. ;)

MTT

I have been making much more money in MTT’s. I play smaller stakes(under $15 buy in). I am always meeting the same group of people on the sites I play on and HUD and bot use is very prevalent in the ring games. That’s my opinion anyway. Good luck!

In the long term, MTTs are more productive, always studying and playing to improve our game.

The greater the result will be where you have more skill.
In my case, these are tournaments. Cash games are more profitable in terms of running time, but high rake makes it very difficult to play profitably, especially at micro stakes.

Mtt is profitable for a small bankroll. If you control yourself very well and have a skill that ring games demand, can profit as well, or otherwise, being greedy and risk your bankroll.

I prefer mtt, cuz it is easy to win in that. In mtt players are more weak and less bots or teamplayers.

MTT's are more profitable for me, but it's hard to find the time to play a whole tournament. Cash games are more convenient, you can play for an hour and stop.

Pretty much play SnG and MTT exclusively online. Most profit is very small due to type of buy in and the amount that is played. Playing live is a cash table. Most session see a couple hundred dollar profit.

For me, without a doubt, the most profitable thing is, of course, it is not easy to get to collections, much less to achieve a podium, but doing so is sure to be the most profitable.

How much is a small bank roll? If you have at least 100 dollars you can already play MTT. Up to this amount, it is better to play cash.

I think cash games would be the highest value, but MTT's give you some comfortably in knowing that if you tilt, you're not risking an indeterminate amount. You're only on the hook for the buy in price.
