The League is truly one of the tournaments where we can have many positive exchanges with more experienced players, as well as discuss hands we had questions about and so on...

I’ve always loved card games since I was a kid then as I got to be a teenager, my friends started playing poker for pennies.. I caught on really quick and I’ve been hooked on it for 50 years.😂 we would all take turns hosting poker games at our houses over the years and the house would get a dollar out of every pot for all the food and drinks that the house supplied .. those were the days!!

I started learning to “play” by watching videos of YouTubers that I like, like Romulo and Zeros, I would say that it helped me the most to learn the basics of how to bet, the odds and the excitement that poker can give you.

I miss you too, Billi.
I've been a bit absent because my parents' dementia has gotten a lot worse.
And during a tennis match, my doubles partner, inattentive, served while I was still clearing the court, and I was hit in the eye.
Now I'm trying to regain vision in my right eye. I've already had surgery, and I'll have to have at least one more, as the impact caused a traumatic cataract... and I lost all my status in this madness...
:'(
I ended up getting a bit discouraged... but now, in this period of reflection, I'm redefining everything... because I can't exert any force, I can't even look at a screen, and even my master's degree had to be put on hold... work...
I'll keep my Skype on again... and we'll talk calmly...

Because if it weren't for some people I know here and some personal friends, along with all this chaos, I would have kind of given up on everything.

So I'm continuing to redefine my life.

At least now, more than ever, I'm super motivated to pursue what I want and what makes me happy, so I'm studying and organizing myself to make a living from poker...

Whether playing alone or for one of the teams I have in my portfolio.

But I'll be going through this initial phase alone and saving money so I can focus solely on this.

Always a big thank you to you and CC.

All of this has made a huge difference in my life, since my first day here.
