Poker is a nice play, one that could be study and practice for going better. But you have to be persevering, patient and very applied for learn to understand your odds and make some money with them.
But variance is ever there.

I use to be profitable on full tilt many years ago. I felt than that I was winning a tourney almost every week. Now on ACR i feel like it's a different game. So many people are willing to just call of with any 2 and if you beat one of them, there are 20 more to take you out. I feel like the games are a lot harder to beat and so being profitable is really hard.

This is so true for a lot of poker players. It is very difficult to win against them. But sometimes I still manage to win
