Do you prefer displaying your stack in Big Blinds (BB's) or chips....

Changed to bbs recently but sometimes find myself clicking back and forth. Especially in turbos your stack may seem small in bbs at your table but may be relatively average in the field.

I prefer to view the stack in Big Blinds (BB), as it standardizes the strategy and facilitates quick mathematical and all-in decisions.

I prefer displaying my stack in Big Blinds (BB's) because it makes it easier to understand my stack size and make better decisions during the game.

These days, I only play using BB; I used to play with chips, but once I started using BB, I never switched back.

BB allows me to calculate my chances versus amunt of blinds remaining

Hey, what does everyone prefer when playing tourneys - your stack to be displayed in Big Blinds (BB) or chips....

I used to play with chips at first when I was new to the game - but as time went by, I realized playing with the BB display helped me maneuver better on games and when to be aware that I had to starting pushing before I start sinking and also how to maintain an average stack size...

What are your thoughts??
I used to play in chips, but realized that playing in BBs is a lot better in multitabling. I think that reduces the probability of making some counting mistakes, especially in a hurry situation.

Seeing my stack and my opponent’s stack at the table when I’m in the big blind is an essential part of the information I use to make decisions during a game. Yes, when I was a beginner, my stack was displayed in chips, but that only made my poker sessions more complicated. 😕

It's much better to play based on big blinds, but it really depends on what you prefer. I think big blinds are better because they give you a clearer idea of how you should play each situation.

For online play always in BB as strategy is based most on bb instead of chips.

If you stare blind to your 1mil stack, you might play too tight or miss important spots while being <20bb for example.

Only when playing satties with target stack, or in deep runs just click quick to see stack size and get back to bb.

Also fun when multi tabling and playing auto GTO / ICM and few hours of grind you click the BBs to chips and you see a lot of big stacks appear haha.

I still play using chips, but I constantly switch the display to big blinds; when I'm about to make a bet, I take the big blinds into account.

I prefer displaying stacks in Big Blinds (BB) because it makes it easier to judge stack depth, adjust bet sizing, and know when to push or fold.
Chip counts can look impressive, but BB gives you a much clearer picture of your real position in the tournament.
