This is a really interesting question. I think I would still play, but my motivation might change.
The results, graphs, and statistics are useful because they help us measure improvement and identify mistakes, but they are not the only reason people enjoy poker. The challenge of making decisions, learning new concepts, and trying to improve is a big part of what makes the game interesting.
At the same time, losing all the history would probably be difficult because those records represent the journey and the progress made over time. It would feel like losing a diary of your poker career.
In the end, I think the strongest players are the ones who enjoy the process of improving, not only the results. The numbers are important, but the knowledge and experience you gained would still be there.
