Has anyone else experienced this recently?
My withdrawal has been pending for a week now. The email says processing normally takes up to 3 days, but support keeps replying with the same generic message: "Your case has been escalated to our specialized team and we're waiting for feedback."
They won't give me a reason for the delay or any estimated completion time. I've withdrawn before without issues, so this is unusual.
Has anyone had a similar experience?
