No More Crypto @ WPT Global

WPT Global is not giving me the option of using crypto for either depositing nor withdrawing.

Don't know if it's a country thing or worldwide.

Anyone else having this issue?
 
I still have the option to deposit and withdraw with crypto

It doesn't appear on the first screen, but when I click on "show more," there's a crypto option, but I only withdraw via PIX.
 
Update (good news):

WPT took away other options as well, days after crypto was removed, leaving only Flexepin, which I can't use. I contacted their live support and was told they were going to contact their team to check what was going on and then were going to send me an email about it. After a couple ofdays contacted live support again and said they were still checking.

Yesterday or the day before yesterday I checked and still only Flexepin as the only option and no emails from WPT yet. But today I checked WPT and all options are back (including crypto), even have some new options! 😀

Hi. Do you know if ther are any fees when cashing out with cryptocurrency on wpt global? thanks a lot for your answer, appreciated.

Sorry for the late answer.

I think it depends on the Crypto used. I was using BNB and there was either no fee or so small I did not noticed.

BTW, a few days I ago I received an email from WPT saying players from Venezuela are no longer allowed to play after April 30th. 😢

Damn that sucks, we played many times against each other. Looks like there is only GG left for players from Venezuela at this point.

That's correct. The only CardsChat tournaments available for us are those at GGPoker.

Hoping things will change soon enough.

Here in Brazil, the options still appear, but I can't be sure because I don't use this method on WPT.

I see there have been some changes to the deposit and withdrawal options. Crypto is available, but Skrill isn't. LuxonPay has appeared.
