I would probably do following things:
Get rid of both 2 all member games.
Bring back that 3.30$ buy-in game.
Create couple bounty tournaments.
Invent some satellite events aswell.
Cut 10 min blind levels (atleast) by half so we could have normal blind levels (3-5 minutes)
Move starting times 1-3h earlier (compared to what they are now).

The starting time is just fine, and 3-5 blinds level is absurd, why not play a flip tournament instead?

I would do this ...

$250 Freeroll for Bronze members - 1st Sunday
$250 Freeroll for Silver members - 2nd Sunday
$250 Freeroll for Platinum members - 3rd Sunday
$250 added $3.00 buyin for all - 4th Sunday

Goal is to try and encourage use of the Cardschat platform.

I would like to see a monthly $200 all-in shootout added (we've never had one of those at CC and these types of games give everyone a chance to win).

With the other $800 I would like to see 2 bi-monthly $400 buy-in games that cost either $3.30 or $5.50 to buy-in to.

I think it would be interesting 2 tournaments at the end of the month of $ 500 each, the first one is Texas Holdem and all Silver and Platinum members participate and the other tournament would be another variation of poker such as Omaha, Badugi, or any other variation for platinum members only

With the 1000 dollars I would make a tournament of 500 for the members and to make sure that they are only members as the main requirement I would ask for their user names and request with that list a rapart of tickets to pokerstar and thus I would make sure that only members would play said tournament and with The other 500 dollars I would use to finance new members to start with a bank since the forum has a thread for this purpose but unfortunately not everyone wins and there I would enter the 500 to finance the rest it will not be large but at least it would ensure 500 forum members with a 1 dollar to start their banking

Answer: If I could add $1000 on Cardschat Events in Pokerstars I would use it for additional freeroll for Asian players. I think Cardschat deserves more recognition in Asia besides Europe, North America, and South America. The goal is to attract new players in Asia and encourage them to join the CardsChat community to learn more about poker. Me, myself can honestly say that I have learned a lot in this great community of CardsChat.

I think it's fair to say (looking as this thread already) that cardschat isn't short of ideas!

Definitely worth bearing in mind that everyone is entitled to suggest whatever idea they like peaceofcoke, including Risto.

Shall we try to at least include the positive points that we like (as well as constructive criticism) of eachother's ideas, rather than just slating?

Different ideas don't have to devalue one another just because they are contrasting. :wink:

E: And specially for people like you why not create homegames where blind levels are 15 minutes long or whatever your demands are on that front

Since the range of poker skill varies widely in the freeroll events, I notice that many of the same players are often in the money. This is not to say that anyone can get that one huge hand that propels them into the money, but on the whole, the same names appear at the top of the leaderboard. In order to add incentive to the less skilled players to join in, I propose that in addition to the normal winners prizes, we add into each freeroll tournament a prize for the top three hands in the tournament...say $30, $20 and $10 for the top 3 winning hands, with a minimum qualifying hand of full house or better. If, at the end of the month, the money has not been completely used up, I recommend a tournament where the top players on the leaderboard, as well as the Cardschat moderators, have a bounty on them. This would provide a little more fun, and action when playing head to head with Debi, Tammy, MTCashman and others.

My apologies up front to those whom I offer up as sacrificial bounty lambs.

and the password available just 5minutes before the start so that every player registred would play and not be a sitting out player

If there were a $1000 pool I would start a new weekly freeroll for Sunday events, skipping any fifth Sundays. I would divide it into the following prize pool:

6X$22 Double Deuce/Mini Sunday Million tickets
3X$11 Sunday Storm tickets
9X$5.50 Mini Sunday Stack tickets
18X$1.10 Sunday Storm Satellite tickets
Remaining $15.70 divided out based on number of entrants

These could also be generic tickets versus event specific ones. This could be open to Silver level members 3 weeks a month, with a 4th week just for Plat members.
