While playing in a cash game, I would check or bet and my action would not go through. Instead my timebank would activate and expire and then it says I am disconnected, but still at the table.

For me, 30 minutes ago, I was able to log on and off Ignition, 5DimesGP, BOL/SPB and ACR.

All but ACR seemed to be working smoothly. ACR screens were a bit slow and blinky. Jackpot displays were stopping and starting. Went to freeroll screen, it started and then closed on its on. I clicked again and it appeared and stayed this time. Schedules look full but as Rep said they are announced. Only time will tell if we get to play full games or not.

All we can do is keep trying and hoping. Eventually, we will get there.

Guessing the terms and conditions I quoted above are not exactly TRUE. Otherwise the reply would be public. And the Rep would have mentioned appreciation for the help.

Terms and conditions must be for SHOW only to impress various justice departments throughout the world with WPN's honesty and determination to follow their own set of rules.

His question and situation did not seem to require any level of secrecy. Is WPN afraid of the light?

Hmmm? Certainly makes one wonder about the voracity of other claims made recently that WPN has ignored publicly.

Just got my pocket aces beat by pocket 5's at ACR. It is running ok for me. Jackpot freeroll seems to be moving along.

Holding out hope for the CC freeroll later.

I uninstalled then downloaded the client again. I kept getting error messages that wouldn't allow me to install, but when I "ignored" them (about a dozen times) the client installed, and i'm playing the Jackpot Freeroll.

I'm a bit concerned about possible corrupted files given the DDOS attacks. Hope this doesn't compromise my system somehow. I'm not a tech guy so...fingers crossed.

what is the freeroll password for the tournament on acr

2 posts? You should do some looking around the site, check out the threads and posts. Maybe even reply to a few. Then on Saturday, you will be able to access the password sub-forum to obtain the PW. Saturday on ACR at 5:00pm is the only game you qualify for at this time.

Looks like the servers are being hit again. Players timing out, taking ages to respond to my bets/checks etc. Apparently i'm "inactive" on one table, just watching my cards fold automatically.

Just a matter of time until we are all informed of a new DDOS attack i'm sure.

Have withdrawn many times.


Interesting fact: When Nevada opened up legal online poker ACR soon thereafter banned Nevadans. I no longer could log on to play so I decided call and speak with a rep. He said no big deal, I will just change your address manually to California. The only thing that has ever mattered to ACR, BC etc etc is $$$$.


But the good news is they invest none of those $$$$$ into quality servers or general security. So get your bots and your colluding super using friends and some popcorn and head on over to ACR.


Oh my bad, we are under a DDOS attack and it's 3am. Feel free to wait around for an hour until we cancel this event. I'm sure you didn't have any other plans.

Keep your money in your pocket. Play freerolls. Don't let multi-players, bots, hit & run gangs or superusers get your cash. Sooner or later it does get revealed. They sure could save some cash if the biggest winners were employed by the house. Just a thought. I know of 2 separate instances of where 2 folks had multiple accounts and one was playing all of them in a CC freeroll. Was spotted by an old timer and we have not seen this person since. The other was allowed to pick one account and the other 2 were frozen and closed. Nothing else was done.

That is the nature of the beast. Unregulated means they make their own rules then ignore them. Must be nice.

People complain - people have questions - every time you contact the customer it is an opportunity to turn a question into an "I like this place!"

I was 27 of 101 in the 10k GTD. What happens if the server went down? This is stupid because it was two away from ITM

If the tourney was officially cancelled the remaining players will be paid out per chip.

Example:


Prize pool = $10,000


Total chips in tourney = 1.5 million


$ per chip = .00666667 (prize pool/total chips in tourney)


Your chip stack = 35,000


Your pay out = 35,000 x .00666667 = $233

Hi ACR Rep - Still see a lot of free rolls that just pay to top 10 players - need to increase the payout to 20% of the players. Also still don't see any $0.25 or $0.50 buy-in SnG's.

Hi NH - Yes I am aware of the DDoS attacks and other stuff - maybe they get that fixed soon. We in USA only can play ACR and BOL as far as I know - so should try and support them.
