Hi NH - Yes I am aware of the DDoS attacks and other stuff - maybe they get that fixed soon. We in USA only can play ACR and BOL as far as I know - so should try and support them.

There are other options but I have no experience with them but others play on them.


They are Ignition, Bovada and Global Poker.


Like I said I have zero experience with these sites but I have seen some Twitch streamers playing on Ignition often. I do know Ignition is anonymous players.

That is my only reason I am ready to leave Ignition when a solid U.S site comes along, the anonymous name just is unappealing at this point, along with no chat.

I play at ACR right now, but things have been crazy lately. Ignition looks okay, but anonymous tables with a 4 table max, makes it less so.

I think Intertops and BetOnline look like better options.

I uninstalled then downloaded the client again. I kept getting error messages that wouldn't allow me to install, but when I "ignored" them (about a dozen times) the client installed, and i'm playing the Jackpot Freeroll.

I'm a bit concerned about possible corrupted files given the DDOS attacks. Hope this doesn't compromise my system somehow. I'm not a tech guy so...fingers crossed.

Please be so kind delete any files related to ACR poker App, go to the uninstall programs on your computer and make sure that there are no files related to the poker application and then, proceed downloading the application and install it.

People complain - people have questions - every time you contact the customer it is an opportunity to turn a question into an "I like this place!"


I tip my hat to anyone who even attempts to perform good customer service.

Hi ACR Rep - Still see a lot of free rolls that just pay to top 10 players - need to increase the payout to 20% of the players. Also still don't see any $0.25 or $0.50 buy-in SnG's.

Tournaments cancelled before starting

Hey ACR REP, I noticed the 20k guaranteed at 11:15 est time was cancelled this morning. Just curious as to why...

I just tried to log in the ACR site and I guess it is still down or again. I played several tournaments yesterday into the evening and scored 6th in one of the $10 freerolls.

I just checked the twitter feed and the last tweet was 18 hrs ago? Is there any reason why it is not updated any quicker? The last tweets were about trips, but nothing about any DDoS attack since May 1.

The reason was that our tournaments department is adapting our tournament schedule to the demand we currently have.

Dude I was all about ACR last week... All my time there, retweeting ACR Stormer tweets, subbing Twitch players... But when I spent ↑ $40 on a Milly Satty that said it was cancelled with an official message on my TABLE, w/ all monies to be returned... and then it wasnt cancelled? No money returned? Then the milly was canceled the next day? And all of this after they cancelled a tournament with sweet overlay 30 seconds before late reg ended, so that I was returned $11 instead of winning $240 w/ a chip-chop!??!

Called Support, he just told me to f off. No way. I`m Done. Not depositing another nickel with them.

I just logged on and off the ACR client. An update was downloaded by the client and after updating the login went smoothly. I am reg'ed for a freeroll and hope to play the CC $100 at 8pm.

Just wanted to let everyone know that it is working in Ohio.

I can't log in. The client comes up but it is blank and doesn't log in. I uninstalled and re-installed to see if that helps, same thing.

I've come across this "double or nothing" option where you choose black or red when I bust my roll on a cash game table or bust out of a tournament when i'm in the money. What are the odds of winning ACR Rep? Is it 50/50?

sites go's down in the middle of a 200k pot .. how do things work if we get a chip chop do you rewind interrupted hands ? I saw the chips go to my opponent after my full time clock wound down
