This is getting really frustrating. I don't get to play much but the few times I try I can't.

New withdraw update. I spoke with a ACR rep this morning and he said my withdraw was currently being processed and told me he notated the file and that I should have it no later than the end of business today. Well I still dont have it and I lost money due to the "DDOS" attacks and I cannot log into ACR to check my account..... Now support is telling me they cant process my request because I have to confirm through email that they can send the bitcoin withdraw. Problem is I haven't received any emails, not in my spam nor main folder. So im getting the runaround on $2k withdraw.... beware folks

something is very off. huge gaps in guaranteed tournaments and then magically there are ddos attacks again and my bitcoin withdraw was not processed and put back in my real money balance on the poker client.

USA isn't perfect but leaving for online poker is not in the future.

I still cant get on. Stuck on the blank configuring screen.
I checked the twitter feed and it says the DDoS attack has been mitigated, that was 24 min ago. I still cant log on!

yeah its back. it kicked me out when i was trying to reprocess my withdraw. they are done for the night i would assume.

Just my opinion, but it's strange all this seem to start just at the time of a maintenance update. Makes me wonder if there was something that happened that they can't explain or figure out. I would think with the income they're losing they go out and find the best people they can find. Remember, this is just a thought.

It is not worth logging in when it is happening everyday, all day. I have been playing good and running good in tourneys, to have them suspended and then cancelled. It is frustrating to have it happen over and again.

WITHDRAW ISSUES

Just a heads up to everyone..... Im not able to withdraw funds currently. I put in a request for a bitcoin transfer two days ago and now the funds are back in my poker balance (over $2500) and now the only thing not working on the Poker client is the withdraw screen..... Hopefully they are not going to steal my money but I wanted to warn others and also see if anyone else is having issues. Thanks and GL

I've come across this "double or nothing" option where you choose black or red when I bust my roll on a cash game table or bust out of a tournament when i'm in the money. What are the odds of winning ACR Rep? Is it 50/50?

The Double or Nothing game consists of a standard playing deck of 52 cards and 2 jokers. It’s up to you to bet on whether the randomly overturned card will be a Red Card or a Black Card. If you guess it right, you double your money. If you guess the wrong color or a joker, you will lose.

sites go's down in the middle of a 200k pot .. how do things work if we get a chip chop do you rewind interrupted hands ? I saw the chips go to my opponent after my full time clock wound down

Let me explain it when the tournament is in Running state:

If a tournament (in Running State) is canceled, all remaining players will receive the amount of 1 buy in ( no fees, no re-entries or rebuys/addons).
What happened with all the money of all busted players?
- All that money, fees, rebuys- addons or re-entries included, are part of teh prize pool that will be will be distributed on a percentage basis according to each players chip stack. Only to the remaining active players at the time of the tournament cancelation.

Also ACR rep....do you refund all the bullets players fire into tournaments that freeze and are cancelled? I re-entered into a $0.55 ondemand game once, so I should get $1.10 back.

Hello, if you check our tournaments rules it says,

If the technical issue lasts longer than 30 minutes, the tournament is canceled and refunded according to the following rules:

In late registration – If a regular, turbo/hyper or rebuy and add on Multi-table tournament is in late registration and is cancelled, all players will receive the following compensation (including players who have busted): A Tournament buy-ins, rebuys, re-entries and fees back. It will be as if the tournament had never been played.

Running (after late registration has closed) – If a regular, turbo/hyper or rebuy and add on Multi-table tournament is in a running state and not yet in the money is cancelled, players that have been eliminated from the tournament will not receive any compensation for the tournament. Players that remain in the tournament will receive the following compensation. A. 1 buy in back (No re-entries, no rebuys or add ons). B. The remaining prize pool (all guarantees are honored) will be distributed on a percentage basis according to each players chip stack, for example, there are 100,000 chips in play, the prize pool is $100,000. Each chip is worth $1, you have 25,000 chips when the tournament is cancelled. You will receive $25,000 of the remaining prize pool. *The maximum payout cannot exceed 1st places prize.

Guys, the application was working fine until yesterday afternoon. What happened was that we received a new attack. I know how each one of you feels right now. We mitigated these new attack, Our techs are working 24/7 to stop this situation. Before we do an official statement, we want to hear from you guys how is everything going. As I said we already mitigated the new attack. I know you have been very patient with me and with everyone in this company, I appreciate that a lot but please understand that we are doing our 200% to completely stop this situation.

Ive been saying for a week my money was stolen and all i get back is asking for tourney IDs that were over a week ago...because i i would remember a 10 digit random number for that long...my account is still at 0 of course...im not putting another cent on ACR unlessim refunded for acrs mistake and im going to post about it every day so others money arent stolen either...how you guys get away with treating customers like this is beyond me...at this point i assume im not getting my money back...and thats fine...but i will be on this thread warning people as much as i can...support hangs up on you when you call them...reps ignore you...how long does acr plan on sweeping all this under the rug? Acr might have stole my money but ill make sure every person who is thinking about depositing know it...if you put money on ur site and the tourney is canceled your money is gone....and acr cant even deny it at this point...i know im not the only one either

ACR you are either going to figure this out or change the compensation or I am out. 3+ hrs of play on multiple occasions with large stacks only to have a refund of buy-in is BS and is not going to cut it anymore. I am one of your biggest supporters but this is getting old and my time is worth more than a buy-in refunded.

I'm really sorry if you want you can send me a PM with the Hand IDs or the Tournament IDs and I can check them with the Tournaments department.

Sir, I've been trying to help you. If you check my previous comments I've been asking you for the Tournament IDs or the Hand IDs, you told me you didn't know how to collect them and I replied you of how to do it.
