Sunday 3:00 pst, ACR down, all freebies suspended

Cardschat tourney is stuck at 59 people finished, 58 still alive
Other freebies all say: "tournament suspended by host" Only bright side: nobody is out any bankroll, just the opportunity cost: money you might have won.

Just reporting what I know, add more if U have any other ACR info,

of what happens when play is frozen in these situations . do the tourneys continue later ? if so how do you know to try to re open the site ? if they don't resume play, what happens to any fees ( say a step 2 ticket )? are they returned to all entrants , or only to those still with chips ? are any prizes split according to stack sizes ? etc etc

Just give em a bit of time & all should be back up & running, last time only took 2 or 3 months. I'm sure they gained vast experience from their previous uh, efforts

Its just a server overload and according to the twitter page will be back up and running shortly as they paused all tournaments for the time being, i have 2 running atm and one is paused one disconnected

I was playing in the $15,000 freeroll, but it seems games are suspended and when I log on it logs me out due to inactivity. Damn, I just doubled up! I know there was still a long way to go though.

Site stopped working when I was so close to winning 3rd place in 15K grtd freeroll, but it's ok if you guys will pay me prize money for the 4th place

I got a pop up saying the torneys were cancelled and i would be compensated accordingly... but they were freeroll so just sol but oh well only time invested thank god not money also lol

This happened a few weeks ago as well. We were in hand-for-hand play on the bubble in the CardsChat daily freeroll when ACR crashed. In the end, the tournament never resumed and no one got paid!!

Tournament Cancellation Rules
1. In the event that any freeroll tournament is cancelled, ACR will not offer any form of player compensation.
