The problem is the same tournament was another cc member woosuedoyles and her points are in the leaderboard. This was 2 days ago,yesterday i end in 98 and im not at the leaderboard still.
This is sue in 15 in the same tournament as me.

As you can see,BETTERLUCKY is in there with the 69 points i should have. I dont know it is maybe because we bouth were eliminated in the same hand.

Couldn't they have a problem updating the information?

I'm having a hard time downloading the update today. Is there a problem on your end, or is it mine.

Hi, I highly recommend you to contact directly our department in charge by email to [email protected] and they will provide you an answer, make sure to add the screen captures and full details.

Please follow the next basic troubleshooting steps:



1. Find your main directory in file explorer!
2. Find ACR/BCP folder
3. Rename it or delete it
4. Delete Americas Card Room / Black Chip Poker from your computer in Control Panel
5. Restart your computer.
6. Check if you have the latest Java Flash player installed to run our software, if not please update it.
7. Delete cookies and cache from your browser.
8. Download and install (Once you download the software the system will request you a location for the files to be saved please at the end of that location add V2 and click on next/run)
9. Sign in

Still can't download

I still can't download the update from yesterday. I also tried to download BCP but it's the same. What gets me is the fact that everything on my new computer is working fine. I'm using a hotspot for my wifi but yesterday reset it. No problem there. Is there anything that support can do? Oh and this is my 2nd reply, and my question was not answered on the 1st one

Poker Balance Disappeared...Troubleshooting Advice or Solution?

My poker balance disappeared and is currently showing as $0.00. There is no transaction in the Financial History that explains why it's missing.

Please help!

Would this be enough as proof of adress? This is downloaded from my online banking as duo to corona i dont have close bank to me as i can't make it on time cos of work. Ofc i would download it, print it to be full page and then take photo of it.

I highly recommend you to send this image and your concerns directly to the department in charge, by email to [email protected] and they will provide you an accurate answer.

We are an offshore company. There shouldn't be any issue by signing up and playing at ACR.
If you are concern about the legality of poker from your country. We would suggest you to check with your local jurisdiction.

Hi ACR rep
How do you find out when scheduled maintenance windows are? Entered a tourney today at 11 am where nothing popped up logging in or before the tournament and then once the game commenced I got repeated messages about scheduled maintenance and felt like I wasted an hour when it was then cancelled.

Not sure why the tournament was scheduled an hour before as it normally runs 3 hours.

If these are posted somewhere it would be great if you could let me know where so I can avoid these windows in future.

Yo ACR Rep , I luv playing on the site . One thing i would really like to see is a SCOOP graphic for PLO8 . I know this is just esthetics but i think it would really add to the overall enjoyment of the game.

Support is horrible

Your support is the worst in the business. My account was suspended because I’d created one about 10 years ago, forgot, and created another one. I’ve spent the past 2 weeks trying to get the account out of suspension but I’ve just been getting these repeated, unintelligible responses over and over and over and over. I would tell anyone thinking about depositing to do so at your own risk. If you ever have a deposit issue there’s absolutely no way you’ll be responded to promptly and therefore paid promptly, and they won’t even pretend to care. The whole setup is shady and I wouldn’t deposit $1 here after going through this.

Hi ACR, thank you so much for all you do for the wonderful game of Poker.. It is both my Girlfriend and I's, favorite site !!

That being said I can not access the freerolls on the ACR if the mobile client, along with many other games that I would typically find on the desktop or laptop version or what have ya...

Thanks so much for the warm words, and yes as of now you can only access Blitz and jackpot poker on web mobile, since we still working on full mobile version of the App, appreciate your comprehension in this matter.
