When will you remove the cheating and bots?Let me know when u do and I will return to play. Until then good luck to everyone on this site that rewards bad players, bots and cheats.
You have lost me as a client after yet another day of miracles for every opponent I encounter.
Dunno why I reloaded after the 68 days in a row of winning 3.01% of hands when in front. Clearly the site is rigged for their own bots and manipulators. This stat would break any poker record in history yet on your site it seems to be NORMAL.
Yer wateva.

The Online Super Series ends this Sunday, March 18th.

That means there’s still 6 days left to climb the leaderboard (current leaders attached). The top-10 finishers will each win four tickets ($265 value each) to a #MillionDollarSundays!

I would love to be able to resize the hand history re-player on ACR, has anyone ever requested that?

would like to have this option as well

Yes, they will implement that soon as possible.

Your morning schedule is looking better. Though its still a touch to high for me as Im in roll building mode right now. I would rather play in morning hours, any chance you all could look at adding a few $2 or $3 ($300gtd -$500gtd) in the AM (6am - 11am EST). If so I would be playing more your site. as I hate playing those games that end late in the night. It seems you could get 100-200 runners in morning cheap games. The 1k $5 looks great at 7:45am, just add a few more cheap games before 10am. I just seem to focus better in the AM.

I use to play on this site a lot. Now the only way to deposit is BTC it's too much bs to try to get money into the account. Their tourneys seem to be growing well tho.

Hey whats up guys just started playing on ACR last week since the whole deregulation of online gambling in NY. I just made my first deposit few days ago and see that their is free rolls for new depositors like myself but says I need a password to access the tournaments. Can someone please let me know where I would find this information, much appreciated.

Hello, if you want you can tell me more details about the struggles when you try to deposit, maybe I could help you.

basiaclly twi questions

Cant you add some more MTT BI during European daylight, doesnt need to be big BI's or huge guarantees, just some more choice every hour would be great already.

I am very curious if you have solved the late reg loophole, that there were so many late reggers that had ridicilous high itm avaerages, some videos about this released on the internet. I understand these long late regs prevent too much overlay, but Id rather have a samller prizepool then that you keep these long late regs and that players can abuse it , but late regging timebanking all hand and get itm

I don't have a computer at this time. Is there a way to play ONLY using my cell phone?

Hopefully, soon we will have the sign-up option directly from the cell phone application.

What is rule on this extra email requesting info before moving forward on my crypto cashout? This happened once before where I got email after requesting cash out and it just happened on my latest cash out. I got an email requesting cash out amount and a couple other things. I sent it in. My cash out is not late or anything.... Yet. What triggers this? It has only happened once before but it is a little annoying.

Edit: Just got another email stating:
"Thank you very much for confirming your transaction with us, it will be approved as soon as possible. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for it to be reflected on your wallet."
So when you cash out via crypto on site it says cash out will take up to 24 hrs but will normally be processed as soon as possible. Then I get email requesting info about 15 hrs later, then another email after I send additional info in and a time frame of an additional 24 to 72 hrs can you see how this can be annoying?

For a 3rd time my birthdate has been changed. Even though an edit option is offered it DOES NOT WORK.

I am not going to worry about it since I do not plan on depositing at this site in the next 20 years.

Fix it. Don't fix it. Upgrade. Don't upgrade. Like a lot of us now, we just don't care any more.

Add that to your list.

God help us. 🙁 😎

They offer the most & best freeroll schedule of the main 5 or 6 that allow Americans to play. And it ends there. I and others have seen and made so many suggestions and reported problems since 2017. They were all added to lists. Like the birth year bug, none of it has been added to the client or corrected to date.

They offer the biggest MTT guarantees. They have a wide menu of tourneys and SnG's. Many have complained to no avail about excessive addons, rebuys and late registrations. Often lasting many, many hours seemingly to the final table.

Mad and hate are the wrong adjectives. Frustrated and disappointed are the feelings generated by this ever growing list.

For now, for me, I only play the freerolls. The games I want to play are on a list. They are not on the menu. Honestly, I don't expect them to ever be added. Maybe when Ohio legalizes online poker. Stars definitely has the games I would like to play. Two other sites offer them but at excessive fees. Americans are trapped if they want to play. Excessive fees or games we don't like or enjoy are our choices for now.

Thank God for Cardschat and their freerolls. You play folks who enjoy poker and the games do not take days to complete.

Frustration and disappointment, my friend. If you have the time, explore this thread. You will get a feel for the history of the "list". This is just one site. Other sites have their own lists you make suggestions to by emailing CSReps.

This is my opinion. Many others seem to share them and even have some unique ones. Please, feel free to like and enjoy the site if it provides you the services you desire.

Welcome to Cardschat and God bless. 😀 😎 :banghead:

Howdy. I'm very glad you opened this thread. I recently opened my account for ACR. I hope I have a lot to learn and post here. Thank you.

I'm starting to see more "Super KO" tournaments in the lobby, where half of your buyin is your bounty. Will we start to see more of these tournaments (hopefully)?
