What is going on with ACR
My question to you is simple. What is going on with all the crashes? If you spend time in a tournament and it crashes all your firm says is sorry and refunds the entry. So much time wasted. It so annoying😡

From todays CC game....My knockout hand, it looks like the issue is fixed.

Could you also please enquire about getting the observer chat back, as soon as you are KO'd that's it no chat, and also being unable to chat at other tables during the CC games is a piss off, no chat = not being able to socialise with other CC members during our forum games.
Part of the attraction to forum games for me is the social aspect, I've been here at CC for 12 years and chatting at the tables for many of us longer term members means something, we have always done it, the games seem like we are in a sterile environment now, only able to communicate with the 8 other isolated players, and that is only if all seats are full.

Game was normal for me, sometime due to the logged out due to inactivity feature, it will sometimes still show you as logged in, log out and log in again, I missed the first hour of yesterdays CC game due to being logged out just before game started, I didn't notice as I was doing well in the CC Itops game, then I finally noticed about 50 mins into the game, probably something we will all have to get used to.

The tourneys are frozen again and again and again. And the ACR mades changes to their desktop icon or some others not important things instead of fixing their biggest problem...

Also, i doubt you will compensate anyone as these are freerolls and you cant compensate for that. But these freerolls were to compensate for some other matter in the first place.🙄

It may be a CC freeroll, but with my lack of poker knowledge, I'm not sure if a freeroll is considered a tournament by some experts.
I may be OK at doing screenshots of CC games, but my skills, manipulating screenshots like the one I showed you is like my poker ability, extremely limited. :dontknow:

I'll let you know how this one turns out. The last one was cancelled after we were ITM and the payout (for me anyway) was likely better than I would have gotten had I continued playing.James_Harrison said:

Hi everyone, just wanted to say that I too share your frustrations, but I am betting on ACR as I play about ~270hrs per month on this site (streamed on Twitch too). I think ACR has the best mindset when it comes to creating a good balanced economy: they allow the HUD's but make a strong effort to fight the bots-- they also offer very generous freerolls and rakeback/loyalty program. Also they are constantly trying to improve so I think we should be patient and give them a chance to work through the kinks. ACR!!! What is the deal today!!! I'm home sick, the wife had to work late and I was looking forward to grinding 5nl all day today! I even registered for one of the new freebuy tournaments. The tournament got canceled, and the site has frozen at least four times today!!! What is going on? Very frustrating!

Confident level of your clients are dropping fast and might be at the very bottom if you don't start employing real IT personnel to fix your system.
Worst still, you gave us the Freebuy series and it's like 2 out of 3 had hicups in the middle of play.
You are like telling us:" Hey guys, come in and have free buffet for everyone."
And when everybody was seated......The food truck never arrive.
Tell your kids you will bring home candy after work but you don't deliver.
Tell that again the third time and see if your kids will trust you anymore.

Exactly this. Right now it tells me I'm logged out due to inactivity, but somehow I'm still able to chat at my frozen table. Hahaha.
edit: the last post on twitter is from 9h ago (the last time it went down). Its been 20min since my table froze, and not a word from ACR.
