The answer is it opens in whatever is the Windows default browser, so whatever browser you set to be the Windows default. Just follow the directions in the link ACR Rep gave you but you can set it to any browser you have installed on your computer when you get to the last step. If one does not work correctly just set it to another.

Hi, yes you can play on our web mobile version of the App, but right now we only offer jackpot poker and Blitz, our developers still working on a full mobile app for ACR.

Hi ACR

I have a problem with my loyalty points, i played a few tournaments today and my CP counter is exactly the same. Is it possible that there is some kind of a delay in awarding the loyalty points?

I would like to be able to set the amounts of what I can bet/raise pre-/post-flop. Also, I spent an entire day playing cash games and seemed to earn points while I did it, but I don't seem to have gained any points yet. Can you please send me a link to your website where I can find out exactly how you calculate points?
 
What is going on? A lot of the tourneys I enter are being canceled before they even start? Are there going to be any special tourneys coming up? Thanks Teddy:elefant:

Hi and thanks so much for reaching us with your concerns, at this moment we're working on improving our loyalty rewards. Our developers are working hard in having our rewards program working in optimal conditions.

In the meantime, all points will be updated every Friday throughout the day, until the Rewards Program update is ready to be deployed.

What’s your policy on hate speech?
 
Is there anyway to increase the font size of the bet amounts? Even with 20/20 vision and they are difficult to read.
 
I have been waiting since Saturday for a bitcoin withdrawal and as of today it is still showing as pending. I have used bitcoin with other gaming sites before and the process has been at most 48 hrs with in most cases same day. What is going on here? Thanks

Is your support even alive? I've had a problem with transaction into sports, the result was 1$ of my account just disappearing. I've sent like 2 e-mails and for 2 days no response. I know it's Corona-time etc but c'mon, because of that 1 dollar i may never again use your Sportsbookie.
