No they don´t. USA is destroyng germanys infrastructure and big industrie since years (energy cost raising up massiv because the german politicans doing what USA want and high energuie cost is the dead of an energie needed industrie land like germany, they destroying the german automobil industrie with "diesel skandal", "just e-motors" and so on...) and now we can not play at Pokerstars xD

I wouldn't be surprised if the American providers are doing great. i just mean...

It took a while today but I was finally able to log back into PokerStars and after verifying me again, it looked at first glance that everything was back to normal until I realized that all the Cardschat Freells had disappeared.

Well they forced me to cash out on the EU site, got my $11 SCOOP ticket, which came from the $0,01 German Shootout tournament, converted to cash.
I am Ok with that, but on the DE Site you can't use the same screenname, CardsChat freerolls are not listed. But they were able to list the PokerNews Freerolls. What are these freaks doing there. I think that my earlier guess will come more and more to reality.
Upset german players so that they leave PokerStars and then leave the german market because the profit is too small so they have no longer to pay license fees and taxes in germany.

Hey guys! PokerStars wants us Germans to “update” to PokerStars.DE. I did this and had to completely reconfirm my identity.

ATTENTION!!! After the update, ALL my player notes are GONE!!!

To prevent this from happening to you, you must find the file “notes.YOURPOKERSTARSNAME.xml” on your computer BEFORE YOU DO THE UPDATE and save it somewhere else so that you can manually insert it again after the update.

Der PokerStars Support antwortete mir auf Anfrage das hier:

Ein Update unserer Software kann Auswirkungen auf Ihre Notizen und Einstellungen haben. In einigen Fällen können Ihre Einstellungen leider nicht wiederhergestellt werden, sodass Sie Ihre bevorzugten Optionen manuell wieder einrichten müssen. Ihre Spielernotizen befinden sich aber möglicherweise noch auf Ihrer Festplatte.

Um Ihre Notizen zu importieren, loggen Sie sich in unsere Software ein und gehen Sie auf:

"Optionen" > "Spielweise" > "Spielernotizen" > "Spielernotizen bearbeiten"

Es wird der Ordner angezeigt, in dem Ihre Notizen gespeichert werden. (Dabei sollte es sich um den Standard-Ordner unserer Software handeln, sofern Sie nicht zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt einen anderen Speicherort gewählt haben.) Gehen Sie auf "Notizen importieren", wählen Sie die Datei "notes.YOURPOKERSTARSNAME.xml" und klicken Sie dann auf "Öffnen".

Damit sollten alle Ihre Notizen importiert sein. Falls Sie die Notizen-Datei nicht finden können, ist es leider wahrscheinlich, dass die Datei verloren gegangen ist. Wir können Ihnen nicht helfen, die verlorenen Notizen- oder Einstellungsdateien wiederzuerlangen, da diese Dateien lokal auf Ihrem PC und nicht auf unseren Servern gespeichert werden.

Wenn Sie Ihre Notizen häufig ändern, empfiehlt es sich, regelmäßig eine Sicherheitskopie anzulegen. Falls Sie Ihre Notizen dann verlieren, können Sie sie so von der letzten Sicherung wiederherstellen.

Um Ihre Notizen-Datei zu sichern, müssen Sie eine Kopie der Datei "notes.YOURPOKERSTARSNAME.xml bzw. "notes.YOURPOKERSTARSNAME" (wenn Sie Dateierweiterungen in den Ordneroptionen ausgeblendet haben) anfertigen. Es ist auch ratsam, Ihre Einstellungsdatei zu sichern. Diese Datei wird unter dem Namen "user.ini" bzw. "user" abgespeichert. Öffnen Sie dazu unsere Software (falls möglich) und wählen Sie:

"Hilfe" > "Öffnen Sie den Order Optionen"

Suchen Sie die Dateien und kopieren Sie sie an einen sicheren vorübergehenden Speicherort.

Falls Sie die Software nicht öffnen können, müssen Sie manuell zum Ordner navigieren, um die Dateien zu finden:

Drücken Sie die "Windows"- und "R"-Taste (gleichzeitig).
Tippen Sie den nachfolgenden Pfad in das Eingabefeld ein oder kopieren Sie die Zeile und fügen Sie sie ein. Anschließend drücken Sie auf "Enter":

Suchen und öffnen Sie den Ordner unserer Software.
Suchen Sie die Dateien "user.ini" bzw. "user" sowie "notes.YOURPOKERSTARSNAME.xml".
Kopieren Sie die Dateien an einen leicht zugänglichen Speicherort (der Desktop ist eine gute Wahl).

Sie können die beiden Dateien auch an einen sicheren externen Speicherort kopieren - etwa einen USB-Stick oder eine externe Festplatte. Oder senden Sie die Dateien per E-Mail an sich selbst. Außerdem ist es empfehlenswert, eine Kopie wichtiger Dateien wie dieser online zu speichern. Dafür gibt es verschiedene Optionen wie iCloud, Dropbox und mehr.

Um die gespeicherten Dateien wiederherzustellen, gehen Sie auf:

"Hilfe" > "Öffnen Sie den Order Optionen"

Schließen Sie unsere Software - andernfalls kann die Wiederherstellung der Sicherheitskopie nicht erfolgen. Kopieren Sie die Dateien in den Ordner. Falls Sie gefragt werden, ob Dateien überschrieben werden sollen, bestätigen Sie dies bitte.

Falls Ihre Notizen von Sitzung zu Sitzung nicht gespeichert werden, achten Sie bitte darauf, diese Schritte zum Ausloggen zu befolgen, wenn Sie Ihre Sitzung beenden:

"Optionen" > "Kontoinformationen" > "Ausloggen & Beenden"

Falls Ihre Notizen nicht gespeichert werden, obwohl Sie sich ordnungsgemäß ausloggen, ändern Sie den Speicherort der Notizen-Datei. Es ist möglich, dass der Ordner, in den die Dateien standardmäßig gespeichert werden, schreibgeschützt ist (der Ordner "Programme" ist beispielsweise häufig schreibgeschützt). Um dieses Problem zu umgehen, gehen Sie auf:

"Optionen" > "Spielweise" > "Spielernotizen"

Klicken Sie auf "Anderer Ordner...". Wählen Sie nun als Verzeichnis den Ordner "Dokumente" oder einen ähnlichen Ordner außerhalb des "Programme"- oder "AppData"-Ordners.

Damit wird eine Kopie der Datei am neuen Zielverzeichnis erstellt und künftige Änderungen werden in der Zieldatei gespeichert.

have you already transferred to Pokerstars.DE?

If so, you'll probably notice that all CardsChat freerolls are gone. In addition: all other freerolls are gone too! 🎉

Isn't that the best gift to Father's Day ever? 🤗

And no, it's most likely not temporary since they already said before they will not offer freerolls for German players due to the new regulations. 😮‍💨

I wanted to copy the link the PS community but that also this login now doesn't work anymore. 🤣

Two hours later they offered that to me too but then froze the old account because a new one existed, and they have a strict one account policy.
Such crap only because the did not communicate early, what they will do.

Yeah, guess we just have to move on. I do hope though that they offer the shoot out tournaments again as a compensation for the rakeback.

Well the same as I said to Andreas, this option was given to me later after I cashed out and had opened a new account on the DE Site.
This happened about 1 or two hours later. The move worked, but the account was frozen due their strict one account policy.
I wonder if they have a talk with your customers policy, they should have.
I have now to contact and deal with [email protected] to get things puzzled in the right way.

Hopefully this will be long term +EV

Hello the same with me. The wonderful cc freerolls are gone. I hope it is only a temperarly thing. I enjoy the playerpool and the games. I play nearly erveryday and i could push my bankroll from those freerolls. May be we could only wait und wait.

Well PokerStars offer or lists the PokerNews Freerolls. Why not the CardsChat ones.
Freaks that don't know what they are doing.
It looks a bit shady how the things are going on there.
