I was registered to this before the change but I guess will have gotten unregged automatically. I'll wait a bit with transferring the account since lots of people are reporting errors. But then I will try to reg again

I also had some problems yesterday and kept getting pop ups where was the error this error but after a back and forth between desktop version and mobile version, it finally worked on the mobile version. And if I've read it correctly, it only seems to work on the PC for some and only on the mobile version for others

Seems to me that they are totally overstrained with the move, I had that SS a lot yesterday.
And I have had no offer to move my account on the first EU login, there was only the option to cash out.
The DE Software is also missing things. The Buy In Column for tournament displays no values it seems they have grouped some entries together.
Also the filter for buy ins is missing so if you selected Mirco stakes range goes from $0.01 - $5.50, with the additional filter that was in the EU sofware you could narrow that down to $1 - $ 3. That reduced the listed tournament greatly but it's gone.
Bad moves on PokerStars.

Yes my BR shows in EUR too but seems to be in $ still since it changes every few minutes by a few cents. 🤣

But when I go to multi-currency, I only get an error message. 🤪🤣

Hmm, I have now multi currencies, I left a small amount in USD and converted the most in EUR. I will withdraw this amount asap. I don't trust them anymore... While the new installation there was a message withdrawls are not possibele the next 72h

I tried everything, they want me to verify the account but i am unable to login.

I recieved emails from support whith bullshit answer, now they are talking about Schufa-prufung !!!

I will just remove my pokerstars.de account and will be back when i live in the Netherlands and offcourse wait untill it is legal in the Netherlands.

So i will play a little on partypoker.de, they have no problems.

My guess is they have not enough personnel to handle all the requests right now. Every single German player needs to do the verificaction again after all.
Such a poor handling of the new situation by Pokerstars...

Well they don't do it themselves but have outsourced to some other company:

Sumsub is a verification platform that secures the whole user lifecycle with customizable KYC, KYB, KYT, and AML solutions.

But yes, potentially they underestimated the amount.

Probably they thought most people are at work not but it's a public holiday. 😅

Didn't know it's illegal in the Netherlands. Thought they are in the same playerpool as Spain , France Italy and some others.

Meanwhile Pokerstars is operating illegally in Austria ever since cause they never had a license from us lol
