I just did was able to login to my PS.de account.
Dang, schwer geburt.
lol
Had to contact their customer rep over web then started chat with account issue.... then after explaining to two of them what happen, they finally reset my account and I was able to login.
After 1st login, I had to verify my account, again.
After supplying my ID over phone and shaking and circling with my head few times, I was able to verify my account.
Now, just to find some freerolls to play, and/or some other games that I use to play before.
Our CC games are gone.

So, basically, no more freerolls, just paid games, I guess.

At the end I was also able to install PS.de on my PC, OMG what dilettantes are working there...

unfortunately Laurel and Hardy are not in the PS tech team, with them as admins it would have been much easier....
Yes, CC freerolls on PS are history now in Germany

I would suggest to prepare your mobile phone have scanner ready and when you open this page again, scan that qr code and use it over the phone, it will take you quite a few minutes to scan your ID & do some head movement then will be (probably) stuck on loading page for some time, but don't let your phone fall to sleep during this time or until is done.
It will work.

my account on de. it wasn't a problem, everything went well now i have 3 days to verify but i always get this error message. I do it all on the computer, not on my cell phone, let's see how I can do it. Thanks for the info

try it on your cell phone, it works with my android
on PC I had always problems

basically,
you have to login to pokerstars.eu then you will be asked to transfer account to pokerstars.de
When you do that, you can download new client and try to login with your user id & pw.
Then, you will be asked to verify yourself, and you have to be really fast with that "verification" or you will be getting error message.
I did open my scanner on mobile phone, then re-try on the client to open verification process and scan the qr code with my phone and did verification over the phone.
Usually, it takes about 7-10 minutes to finish, since you have to scan your id front and back, and then with your selfie and head movement....
Then, just keep that screen open until is done completely.
Do not let screen go to sleep mode or such.
