Well there is not much new here, is there? The same things have been said about every single poker site out there since the beginning of online poker more than 20 years ago. And sure on all sites there are "action boards", and the runout often changes the winner. In SnGs there are many all-in preflop hands, and sometimes the river change the winner. Which suck, when it goes against you, but nobody minds it, when its in their favour

Yes, there are many free and valuable tournaments in this room, as well as micro tournaments, and experienced, serious, and good players. I think this room is appropriate, good, and complete, and it is worth visiting and trying.

I have heard mostly positive feedback about this site. I plan to create an account there in the near future. I am particularly attracted to the possibility of depositing and withdrawing funds using cryptocurrencies.

I've been player at ACR for several years.
The main issue that I feel should be mentioned is ACR support is not "live support" and no way to contact the support aside from email, or via the virtual assistant and its email support feature, which its all through email and it usually takes several hours for support members response. And many times after waiting several hours for a response you'll receive an email stating they have forwarded the email to another department, adding up to 72hrs to the response time. Even simple questions take hours or longer to get an answer.
I believe they could put more effort into adding information in better detail to the FAQ pages and Virtual Assistant Dialogs.
Additionally if the Casino's are ever interesting to you..
They have casino options that are separate from the poker rooms and if you play on the casinos at all only the Regular casino has any option for some sort of 'loss comp' type bonus and that is a bonus that you MUST email the support on MONDAY only from your accounts registered email address, and meet the other requirements while asking for a 10% cashback rebate. This rebate if you actually succeed in receiving it will only for the money lost in the regular casino and will only be a bonus in the regular casino..

Guess i do have "tried" them but then again i probably havent visited them for months ...
Last time i checked their withdrawal options were (almost) as bad as some poker forum's not to even mention their non-existent webapp - or if they do have one nowadays then like mentioned previously in this thread it must be still POS.

Thank you for the clarification. I think the matter is not much different in terms of responding to emails compared to some other poker rooms, such as pokerstars or 888, as the matter is the same in the amount of time they take to respond to messages.
As for the casino games, they are isolated from the poker room, i think is not bad or has a negative impact on the room, Rather i see the opposite.
I think that ACR is very similar to live casinos, and other problems can be solved with a little effort.

If I could somehow successfully update one of my many old computers to windows 10 from windows 7 or 8 I might consider playing on there again. But so far no luck. I am not buying another one when these are all still working. Has anyone successfully updated an old laptop to a newer windows so they can play on ACR?

Its not possible. I already told u this in another thread. Ur computers with w7/8 are outdated and do not work on the winning network anymore.
Time to ride with a horse from ur ranch to the nearest pc store if u want to continue playing there 🥲

I need to change the computer, but updating it is not possible. Windows 7 barely runs for me, and I cannot run ACR on it.

W7/8/10 are all outdated systems. They are no more supported by windows and i would not use then anymore for any online activity with money involved.
W11 is the only way to go.

yes, I play 6 max cash games at ACR nl2 and Nl5. . I like the android mobile app and also like the laptop software for ACR. traffic is good and I can always find a table at any time. also I can use hud software here. this makes reviewing hands easy and beneficial to my game. also ACR has good rakeback.
