I love how lock advertises freerolls and great tournaments and two of my friends have not gotten their money. I use to love lock but have not played there in over 2 years.. obviously a great choice.. wish they would be shut down for being worthless..

I think I might make a deposit there, what do you guys think..
If you like to invest in Canadian real estate, Lock was recommendable years ago, but nowadays they simply use your deposit to pay their monthly expenses, so nothing to gain at all.

Show must go on...

I remember I had to wait a good 55 days for my $255 cashout back in 2012 (when they were still on Revolution). For a Skrill, non-US player even then that was an absolute joke. Obviously, better later than never.

Now, however, I've kissed my $119 won from CC freerolls and others goodbye

Will never see the money

That's a real bummer. When I win, I don't expect to ever see the money. Because, I understand that if these sites don't want you pay out, there is no recourse for the player.

The us needs regulated poker sites right here to protect players investments. As of right now tho nothing but a pipe dream.I hope u get ur money back, what a shame

Decided to check in on this thread to see if things were even remotely starting to turn around, in terms of cashouts (knowing damn well it was very very unlikely) and low and behold, ain't a damn thing changed. Go figure.. Just insane how their player traffic can be on the rise, when no one has been getting paid... I guess the saying about there is a sucker born everyday is true. Honestly, I kinda have to give props to Lock for keeping this charade going for this long.

There traffic is on the rise because they have two Ponzi scheme sites instead of 1 now..

Just wait till they make the 3rd called "Quick Cash out poker"

FWIW, I am still in the process of collecting approved data of creditors owed money by Lock and if you have interest to join petitions against Lock(after we have collected enough data to try to step authorities in), please send:

1) your full name

2) Lock user name

3) proof of the claim:

- screenshot of your pending withdrawal request

and or

- screenshot of your account balance

to: [email protected]

(preferably from an email address which is not connected to your Lock account, to avoid accusations of phishing).

Thanks!

how is it going Tower? making any headway?

I wish Lock poker would just go all the way under already! They have completely destroyed the Revolution network. Rather than all the sites across the network being able to benefit from combined player pools boosting tournament participation, the individual sites have had to segregate themselves from each other in an attempt to keep Lock players from dumping their funds onto one of the other sites that actually does pat it's players.

This was true when Lock was still on Revo, but they left the network almost a year ago. The segregation that's still occurring is certainly rooted in that fiasco, but it has continued without Lock for a long time now. Some Revo skins, like Intertops, just aren't that interested in growing their poker business again because they have a lucrative sportsbook/casino business and poker just isn't that profitable by comparison, especially when you have to deal with crap like the Lock fallout. The risk:reward proposition is keeping some of them from opening all the way back up. Which is a shame, because as a US player fortunate enough to have an account there, I find Intertops by far the best poker room, and prefer the Revo software to any other US facing software. I just cashed out most of my roll there because traffic has dwindled to the point I can't find the games I play, and I could better use the money elsewhere -- in 5 days I had a check FedEx Overnighted. Best service out there for US players IMO.

Unfortunately most of the creditors love to moan in forums, but are not willing to do something which could lead to something.

For the naives who think they made something because they told IHasTehNutz how much owed to them, I have to add that IHasTehNutz´s list is for legal action worthless. The withdrawal method does not play any role and your name is always required for a petition.

Or:

they don't trust giving their information to you
they think your list is just as useless

There are multiple reasons people may not be lining up to get on your list. 😉

Someone else who the people trust can collect this data and I´ll give him/her the target address of the authority(s), when I think we have enough to start. 🙂

I'd be willing to collect all the information but I don't think it would do anything... Also I wouldn't feel very comfortable with forwarding all the information to an unknown or untrusted third party. The lawyer would have to become known and have credibility and the target address would have to be verifiable.

Okay peoples I will do my best to help Mr. Tower it may or may not help or do anything but I'd pee on an apple if it had a chance of a chance to help people get their money from Lock (What?) anyways PM me the following information and Title the Pm "Lock info" or something so I can identify it and don't accidently delete it.

Thanks!

Also the requirements you must meet areee but not limited to.

-Must be 18 years or older

-Must be legal to play in your Country or region. (ex. US residents are eligible since it's Legal to play, It's just not legal to make a deposit)

-Players who have broken Locks terms and conditions are not eligible (ex. Multiple accounts, etc.)

-Money owed must be larger then Locks minimum withdraw limits.

I or Cardschat are not responsible for the safety of your accounts, name and likeness

(Just thought I throw that out there.)

If you require more information ask Towerflower as it's his rodeo (That's a saying right?)

i guess one of their new maneuvers is claiming they sent a check....then not responding when recipients contact Lock support stating they never received said check.......classy til the end, sick beat Lock

Well I decided to have some fun with Lock's support:

Please wait while we connect you to a support representative.

You are now chatting with 'Quinn'

Quinn:

Hello and welcome to our Live Chat service. How can I help you?

you:

Hello, I am thinking about making a deposit on Lock and have heard things about people not receiving funds quickly or something... I was wondering if this is true and what the average cash out is at Lock?

Quinn:

All withdrawal requests are being honored and paid out. I'm afraid they are just taking quite a bit longer than we would all like at the moment. But assure you, you will receive your funds

you:

How long is a bit longer then usual?

Quinn:

Our current payout timeframe for new withdrawls is 8-10 weeks. But we understand how important payouts are to us and our players. Improving our payout timeframes is our number 1 priority and are hoping to be back to our 72 hour turnaround time within the next couple of months.

Quinn

you:

I heard rumors that Lock is a Ponzi scheme...

Quinn:

A lot of what you might be reading online is either exaggerated versions of the truth, or just lies altogether. There's a delay, but we're paying out as quickly as we can.

you:

Well, seeing how there are people waiting over a year for a cash-out doesn't make sense for them to exaggerate the truth when the truth is already so horrible..

Quinn: Is there anything else I can assist you with?

You:

Not really... Other then I was wondering if it bothered you that you are helping with a Ponzi scheme

Quinn:

Not really, Have a nice day 🙂

(Then I got disconnected quite quickly)

Cardschat turns that into a smiley on its own it wasn't a smiley like that it was a smiley like this ": )" Without the space lol

that seems to be how it goes....once they get pushed on the BS they quickly disconnect
