Hi, I'm hoping someone here can help.

My withdrawal from 14 days is still showing as pending. I've tried emailing customer services 6 times and had no reply, Also tried calling the number but it just goes straight to a recorded message. Also escalated it to the manager & messaged on Twitter.

Please can someone process it?

Thanks a lot for your fast replies, Nice to actually talk to someone.

But checked for what? Everything was very simple when I was putting money in. Seems a rather lengthy procedure to withdraw! Could someone have not at least let me know that so I don't have to waste my time chasing them over & over. Very frustrating as I actually need the money.

I was trying to update my profile yesterday and no matter how many times I changed it it would come back to me being a male from Algeria instead of a female from Canada.

It is a bit frivolous to declare someone a thief and a robber without any evidence. Especially when you can see my game history in a few minutes.

are there any plans for updating the mobile App in the future? i like it and play a lot with it but it is still not possible to multitable and the last update is long long ago (if there was ever any) the app would be so much greater if it would be possible to play multiple tables at the same time on it. i am sure recreational players would welcome that too. thanks and greetings.

These things take time but mail them again to remind them that you are waiting for their reply.

Maybe you have too many Apps open when you are playing poker.
You need to contact the cardschat admin regarding their freerolls.
