Hi, 888 Rep and Team,

Besides the disconnects, the software is nearly freezing and has issues with my laptop's performance here.
As it seems other people experience the same problem partly.
When you click on any window of 888, everything else also becomes frozen on the laptop. It is hardly possible to move the 888 windows
around or away from the screen. For me, it looks also like a major issue with the graphics engine, that you use there.

Same problem here, tons of mini disconnects that last just a few seconds. Definitely not on my end, everything else is working just fine.

why do you have a very long time withdrawing funds to your bank card, it takes 3 days after another 4-9 days for a total of up to 12 days when it takes 3 minutes at pokerstars and the funds are immediately transferred to a bank card improve your withdrawal method, the withdrawal methods are the same as 888poker and PokerStars only there are 11 days and 23 hours 37 minutes

Today I managed to solve my problem.
I checked my antivirus and saw, that it blocked parts of the application. I unblocked them all and tried it again, but it still did not work properly.

I had to confirm to run the installer anyway. A bit strange everything I would say, you should check this 888.

Some anti viruses don't accept 888poker but you need to make an exception in cases like these as the 888 client is very safe to use.

Any news about this? It still persists this problem, although I even reinstalled 888.

Please try a re-installation and see if this clears up your issues but make sure to do a restart before you reinstall it again.

Whenever i deposit, i only get 1 instead of 2 tickets for the saturdays 1000 depositors feeroll. The promo email states its 2 tickets but i swear i only get one ticket for the last few months i made deposits.

I already wrote support but they are not helping, telling me that "everything is alright with my deposits" and "they need scrernshots" but its not possible to make a screenshot of the problem since its an obvious bug that is not somewhere visible. Yes they gave me one more ticket for my last deposit manually now but that is not fixing the the problem in general. First they didnt even know what promo im talking about, i explained over and over that they should send this report to the tech team but they keep asking me for screenshots and telling me everything is alright? How is is so difficult to understand what the issue is here and that they need to send this to the tech team to get rid of that bug?

Here again: ONLY 1 INSTEAD OF 2 TICKETS FOR THE SATURDAYS 1000 DEPOSITORS FREEROLL GRANTED FOR THE LAST FEW TIMES I MADE A DEPOSIT. SHOULD BE TWO EACH TIME AS STATED IN THE EMAIL.

I already looked for help in email, and also in their chat, so I gave up by email and I'm requesting it here. my email registered and my phone registered at 888 I no longer have access and I haven't been able to access it for 5 years, so here is a distress call if they can't help around here I don't know what else to do? If I create a new account, my document will already be registered and I will have problems in the future, at least he must know someone who can solve my problem.
