Hi 888, my account has been "temporary restricted" for 12 days. It was caused by a unwanted misclick on the 24h "Panic" Button in another Pokerroom,
but it should be free again automatic after those 24 hours. So I wroted two times to the support: first answer: "We give your mail to the relevant department, you will get answer in the next three working days". After four days waiting I asked a second time and got the answer: "We give your mail to the relevant department, you will get answer in the next five working days". Anyway, 6 days no answer until now? What could I do to play again?

It had me pumped up thinking that perhaps I will play a bunch on there now... but it is discouraging to hear of other's experiences with customer support (I know what this is like as I've had some pretty terrible experiences in my 15years of playing online poker... it's always been the biggest sites that have been the most reliable BY FAR ie. Pokerstars, Partypoker,GGPoker... & tbh, even Fulltilt was awesome.). Is this the new norm for online poker? Cut back heavily on $$'s spent on Customer support?
And who is feeding the 'team' with ideas like 'increasing BLAST games... eliminating SnG's'. <<< this is terrible for the site imo. :(

Well update, finally. I got told that supposedly, the same bank that was fine to receive the money just a few weeks earlier, is now not fine, due to “changes in policy” (that of course, nobody made me aware of). So now I got the money back in my 888 account while I find a new way to withdraw.
Would have been nice to know that earlier and not have to wait for 2 processing period, but okay ^^

Good afternoon, a few days ago I won a tournament of 100 that CC does at 888poker, then I managed to make a deposit to use the money, which I made and my account was automatically suspended. Anyone have any idea about this? I sent email to support but they don't respond.

they ask for a receipt upon stay, I changed the address, sent a receipt, but no one changes anything, I can't change addresses in the room myself, I can't get to online support, somehow resolve the issue, so I can't withdraw money. my nickname semsaltov

I’m on 888pokerr Ontario and wondering if any other players are going through the hell I’ve been for over 3 weeks now. My account was falsely accused for intentionally losing hands to another player who they have provided the username. I have all the hand history and have sent it to the operation team with a complete breakdown of why there accusations is false. All my hands I played were high calibre after the flop that was either nuts or close to nuts. The accused player was a donk, on tilt or either intoxicated! And I’m being punished for simply winning against him, when there were also multiple players on the table.

I continue to receive the same generic email that they’re investigating the matter when it took me over a hour to clearly see whatever there system picked up that I was doing something illegal was false!
I’m wondering if anyone else has been falsely accused and there funds stolen by 888poker with something similar? I’m this close to filing a civil lawsuit as they have stolen over $3000 of my hard earned money and continue to drag on a matter that is clear as day is not true!

Please let me know if you have also experienced this on 888 poker, especially if you’re in Ontario

I thought it's a great idea to write here since you may can move forward a ticket I won to actually receiving it. This would be my first ticket win, so that's why I rather choose to going after it, cause if it turned out that I'm not able to take down them, I won't put more effort into hunting them in the future - which is understandable.

I also ask your Twitter Team 3 days ago what's the next step to move forward, or please give me some information about why this could happen, but have not recieved an answer yet, although they were active on the Twitter. As maybe my whisper is in a long que or forgotten, I'm asking you that can you help me what to do?

Obviously I'm waiting in the main time to the Twitter team, maybe they will write me back a solution, but until that you may can help me out too.

You really need to deal with the twitter social media however if you give me your poker user name I will send it direct to the team for you.
